Excellent customer service and product
I bought a massage gun for my husband for Christmas. After a few uses, it stopped working. I got in contact with Shane and not only did he try to solve the problem, he sent out a new massage gun under warranty. He even answered my messages on a Sunday morning! Great customer service and lovely dealing with an Irish company.

Great Customer care.
It was the aftercare help provided. After purchasing the new gun upon arrival it did not work. I contacted Shane directly to advise on the problem. He responded quickly and provided guidance and assurance on resolution. He immediately dispatched another new Message Gun (upgraded me to the version 2.0 from the 1.0). Very friendly and accommodating and based on my experience he is very customer oriented.
