Beautiful outfit & Excellent customer support

I recently place order on Maria Faisal for my Wife in United Kingdom usually we buy from physical outlets in Uk. This was our first time we shop online. First of all their customer support is very responsive and excellent. They showed me my outfit video before dispatch. i placed order for 8th May and it arrived soo quickly MashaAllah. Their stitching services are amazing. My wife is soo happy and i am leaving 5 stars for this company. i will recommend this website for all my UK desi families.

Lies and dishonesty

The company will openly lie about what they can accomplish and how the item will be delivered. They posted my wedding outfit saying it was under express and that they guaranteed delivery before the 25th. It’s the 23rd and the dress may not have even left Pakistan yet. They used SkyNet rather than a reputable express service and have no remorse. They’re not even answering WhatsApp messages anymore. Don’t trust them if you need something done urgently. They’re not honest people.

Your order was placed on the 16th of April, and the dress was delivered on the 24th of April, within 8 days before your event, on a custom sized outfit. At Maria Faisal, we only accept orders when we are confident we can deliver before the customer's deadline, and we fulfilled that commitment to you.

Regarding the courier, We contacted DHL before sending the dress to ensure timely delivery and they provided the expected delivery date after your event so we went with SkyNet. Our team did inform you that the tracking status can take time to update, which is standard with international shipments. The tracking number 000512223713 confirms the delivery was completed successfully.

We always strive to keep our customers informed and our WhatsApp messages were responded to throughout the process. We are sorry you felt otherwise, and we're always here if you'd like to discuss this further.

Impeccable Service and Craftsmanship

Love their customer service! I was guided regarding measurements in the best way possible. I was skeptical about how it would turn out since measurements were given over a text but my outfit turned out perfect in fact better than my own tailor!

Making my order however I am
So glad I did so as the delivery and efficiency of my suit was outstanding as was communication with the owner about my outfit, furthermore my outfit is 10/10 and exactly as described and I love it

Maria Faisal got me an outfit ordered and delivered within a week. They saved me the stress of having to look around by sending me options of what style and colour I wanted
