Inferior product quality
UPDATED INFO: After i posted this, a manager contacted me and a new earring was mailed to me, free of charge. I might just change my mind about ordering again ;)
AFTER DELIVERY: My earrings were delivered and one was broken in the box. I contacted the company immediately with supporting photos and they were not helpful at all. I will not be purchasing from here again.
