Just stayed for 5 days at LUXE RETREAT / REUNION and getting anyone to respond to fix anything at the house is impossible. Once we arrived the Golf Simulator ( main reason we chose this house) was not working. We called and they showed up next day. Wednesday it went out again and we texted thursday and was told 24 hours. Friday received text that they were coming by 5:00 and when 5:00 came they texted again and said Saturday —- we were leaving Saturday. All the above are in text messages and texted unacceptable and was told basically too bad. Gave them a chance to call me to discuss and no response. Would look at renting reunion homes from reunion resort or some other third party as seems Magical Vacation homes choose to be understaffed (save money)… when you spend 13k for 5 days you should have someone stop by within 4-8 hours not 3 days. Also would avoid Luxe Retreat home at Reunion if the Golf Simulator is important.

Marcos was the agent who helped us find and book the perfect home for our family getaway! He was patient and responsive to all my many questions. I never felt like I was a bother. he was always happy to help!! magical Vacation Homes have the best prices and service! Kassie was part of the Care Team that welcomed us and made us feel at home. She went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure everything was perfect for our stay. Y’all have a great team of support online and on the ground. thank you for a wonderful memorable family vacation. Marcos has already helped us to book a return visit for next summer. Magical Vacation Homes is the worst rental I’ve stayed at and my family and I have visited vacation rentals across the country over the past decade. We were only staying for 5 days and we arrived late the first day and left early the fifth day, so really just three full days. In that time, we were visited by four repair teams, one came twice, due to issues in the home. The position that Magical Vacation Home takes is that if they fix your issue in 24 hours, you shouldn’t be upset. While this may seem like good customer service, imagine having to host multiple repair teams into the home while you are trying to relax on vacation. Here is a short list of the problems we faced:

- amenities that didn’t work or were broken (damaged pool table, video game remotes that weren’t charged and had no charging cables making them unusable, a room advertised as a movie room with smart TV which actually only played cable television - which was also out, and TVs with nothing to watch but Netflix even though they called them smart TVs)
- unclean accommodations (pasta sauce splashed over an area rug, wads of hair on the shower wall, more pasta sauce on the kitchen counters), bugs (we killed a roach and had ants), and kids toys and used cups littered around the backyard from previous guests
- broken and missing furniture (dining table was said to be for 8 but only had 7 chairs and two of those were broken)
- Broken tiles in the bathroom, a broken window upstairs, singe marks on the kitchen ceiling, marker drawn onto the curtains, two broken doors (this obviously didn’t impact our vacation, but just be aware the listing photos seem to be out dated)

They sent, unannounced, people to bring us charging cables, clean the rug, try to spray chemicals in the home for pests, and someone to try and fix the media room TV. In all we had five different visits on our vacation, in three days, when these things should have been handled before we arrived.

Magical Vacation Homes will tell you that they fixed some of the issues, so what’s the big deal? The big deal is that we spend over $500 per night to have quality family time, not host repair men. We didn’t expect the first one and they just let themselves in while we were home in our pajamas (when we complained, we were told they have the right, per the agreement we signed, for their repair teams to come in at any time without letting you know, so there is really no privacy as their staff can just walk in to the home you rented with or without you in it). We let the second repair man in. The third one walked to the back of the house while we were in the pool. The fourth one showed up as we were leaving and we turned him away as we didn’t want him to spray chemicals in the home while we were in it. The fifth one was in the house when we came home one day and the front door was unlocked when we arrived as well.

Again, many of these are small issues, but they added up to a big problem for our family who just wanted to relax. After all this, all I asked was that the company refund the cleaning fee as the house wasn’t clean among the many other small issues. They refused and offered us a late check out when our flight is early on the final day so that was of no use to us. We refused. They then offered us 15% off to stay again. We won’t be doing that. I told them it was the cleaning fee or nothing and that I would be sharing my review and reporting their company to the BBB. They then accused me of trying to extort them for money with the threat of bad reviews and they offered me $100 back on an over $2000 rental. I told them to keep their money as we were beyond that now and I would be sharing my review of their rentals far and wide. This wasn’t ever about money, it was about not getting what we paid for and them getting our money for services not provided and nonfictional amenities. Had we known there were so many issues with the amenities this house boasts, we would have not chosen this house and spent our money with this company.

We have booked with Magical Vacation Homes numerous times the last two years we have had issues not too bad but enough to leave a bad taste. This year we had no issues besides my Daughter & SIL were bitten by bed bugs. We initially thought it was a sun rash until we got home and they both went to the doctors.
Doctors confirmed bed bugs I reached to Magical Vacations and started with the it’s been 3 days since you left the home.
Well we left Saturday and the. Monday came and they went I get checked out. Did they expect us to make false accusations prior to receiving confirmation? Terrible customer service response.

I had an excellent experience with Jasmine’s customer service. From the very beginning, she was extremely kind, professional, attentive, and always willing to help. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, answered all my questions promptly, and truly went above and beyond to help us secure the perfect property for our vacation.

Her communication and dedication were outstanding, and you can genuinely tell that she cares about her clients and their experience. We also absolutely love staying at Reunion Resort, which makes our vacations even more special every year.

Our stay at RVH_570M | Whimsical Way was absolutely amazing! The house was beautiful, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool was a huge hit—our kids loved it, and my wife, sister’s family, and I enjoyed the pool and spa every single day, even in a little rain! The pool even had a basketball goal with balls included, plus a grill where we made burgers and hot dogs. The Sonos system was a great touch—we had music playing while relaxing inside and poolside, which really set the vibe.

The movie room was a favorite too—my in-laws were practically glued to those seats for all 6 days! It was such a relaxing and refreshing space.

Overall, our stay at Reunion was marvelous. We will definitely be back and will be booking again with Magical Vacation Homes!

We stayed at the gathering luxury in reunion resort the home was great clean and the kids loved the game room and the theater. There was one thing we did pay for heated pool and it was not heated there was 2 days it was only like 48 and 54 degrees so you would think we would definitely feel the heat in the pool then, I did notify them of this.The good thing was we could walk to the pool down the street and that was heated so we used it all week. The home did have everything we could need...great stay..Diane

Our family has been renting homes from Magical Vacation Homes for over 5 years now. They are by far the most professional company I have dealt with when it comes to renting our vacation home. We come from Canada so we put all of our trust in this company and they have not disappointed. Not to
Mention the amenities in these properties blow away anything that we have rented previously. The themed bedrooms , games rooms and pool areas keep our children entertained throughout the entire day. One day we actually skipped a theme park as our kids wanted to “hang out at the house” because there was so much to do. Their great customer service made the process very smooth as well they answered any questions we had throughout our stay. This marks my third year bringing a large group to Reunion Resort, and once again it exceeded every expectation. We absolutely loved staying at the legendary “White House”—and honestly, it’s even better in person than it looks online. There’s more than enough space for 18 people, packed with nonstop fun: games everywhere, a stunning pool and jacuzzi, super-comfortable beds, and a massive, well-equipped kitchen loaded with dishes and pans for cooking up big meals together. On top of that, Reunion Resort’s service was outstanding—quickly turning up the pool heat when needed and even replacing missing golf balls for the putting green without hesitation. It’s the kind of place that makes every stay memorable and keeps us coming back year after year.

Once again, working with my reservation agent, Marcos Domingos, was an outstanding experience. His professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine focus on the guest truly set him apart. This company took $1350 for pool heat they never provided. Lots of lies and excuses while providing a pool we could not swim in. Not to mention after taking the final balance, they then informed us the water park for Reunion would be closed for 2 weeks. In total we spent $15,000 for this stay and Magical Vacation Homes has been nothing short of a nightmare. Buyer beware, this place will lie to you and cheat you out of your money.

My husband and I had a great experience booking our reservation (#8216329) with Jasmine recently. We can't wait for our stay with Magic Vacation Homes and we hope we have another opportunity to book with our family again!

I called magical vacation several times to try and book a vacation rentals. However each time I called I would speak to a representative who would either rush me off the phone or provide little to no feedback on questions that I would ask. Not to mention i spoke with a representative on black Friday and was not advised of the black Friday discoint. However I kept calling back because they appeared to manage some of the best looking properties in the area.

All my uncertainty went out the door after speaking to representative Jasmine. She was very informative and able to answer all of my questions. I never felt rushed or pushed to the side.

Before speaking with Jasmine I would have rated my customer service experience a 3 at best. However, Jasmine provided phenomenal customer service which was deserving of 5 stars!

We have visited Orlando twice in last three years and after our experience using magical vacation homes we would t go else where -

We had big fans of a certain cowboy and space toy and magical vacation homes found us the perfect house with a special themed room that our kids loved -

The whole house catered for fun with double games room full of new and retro arcades - play stations and x boxes pool table and table football -

Pool and plunge with outside kitchen was excellent touch. Other guest rooms were all 5 star and like being in a hotel absolutely excellent value and perfect distance to travel to all the theme parks.

We had a fantastic stay at Reunion Bliss on Desert Mountain at Reunion Resort. The pool deck was huge and very private, and the kids absolutely loved spending their time in the pool.

The home was clean, immaculate, and well equipped with everything we needed. We also really enjoyed taking advantage of all the amenities both in the house and throughout the resort.

We highly recommend Magical Vacation Homes and staying at Reunion Resort — it was an excellent experience from start to finish!
