Austin number 1 , 5 years or even more booking holidays though him, highly recommended

I've just booked a package holiday to Budapest. I spoke to Juliet and she was patient & very helpful. She looked for every possible way to accommodate our needs & budget and found us a good deal. I was very happy at the way she dealt with and communicated with me.

Greg was so helpful and friendly. He made my booking so easy. Got everything sorted for me. Did not rush me . Thank u Greg

We booked a week holiday in mallorca through Magic Trips. We returned on August 6th and I have been sending emails to customer service to no avail. I eventually got a call from Nick whom I booked holiday with and he basically told me that the numerous issues with the hotel Bellview apartments we stayed at were all down to my budget and that I should contact the hotel myself. I however did not book with the hotel in question I booked with Magic Trips. To mention a few issues with the hotel sliding door in room in danger of falling and 4visits to reception to get it fixed, towels taken and not replaced and none available, rubbish being left in the corridors along with towels, massive ques for drinks, disgusting toilets each night (faeces on floor one night). I have sent pictures to customer service and apart from an unhelpful Nick practictalling me it was my own fault I have heard from no one.
Most desperate experience.

I have been in contact with Austin for the last couple of holidays bookings, He is always willing to help and explore what is the best options within my budget. He gives great attention to what I want and has alot of knowledge about the destinations. No question to big and very effeicent when responing to emails. Great service!!!

I was speaking to a gentleman by the name of Morgan. He was brillant and very helpful giving me all the details and information I needed to book my holiday. I will contact Morgan because he was so helpful.

Huge thank you to Debbie and Paul who were so helpful during this booking, that unfortunately, didn't go as planned and required a few passenger changes to be made, especially so close to the date itself. Now I can relax and enjoy the final countdown to the holiday next week. Thanks again to you both.

Paul Ahmed was extremely helpful in the arrangement of our holiday. I had booked our family holiday and then realized that we had a family occasion. Then , we had another arrangement to attend!!
Paul took all of this in his stride and got us the best arrangement possible.
He is very efficient and goes above and beyond to help the customer. Well done!

Morgan was extremely helpful and professional while organizing the holiday. Even though I was asking a lot of questions he did not hesitate to answer all my questions and made the whole experience very easy.

Harris at Magic Holidays is absolutely fantastic 👏 He is excellent and so knowledgeable about the best places to stay and always strives to get us the best deal .
