Above and Beyond

When we moved into our new apartment we were having some problems with the heat pump. After dealing with some other technicians that couldn't figure out what was wrong we found out that Maxiko BV had done the installation. I was quickly able to get a hold of the boss and when none of the other workers were available that day he told me he'd come by himself as soon as possible. He was able to figure out what was wrong, fixed it himself and followed up afterwards to make sure everything was working.

Besides being very responsive he was also kind, apologized for the difficulty and treated me like a person and not just a problem to be fixed which I really appreciated. I know I'll be able to reach out in the future and get any issues fixed quickly. Happy to have them in our corner.
