I did an order in 15th August and I received also a fake traking number. Nobody answer on the phone or email. For sure is not a trustfull company. Everyday i spend half hour to search an answer where is my order. My daughter is so upset, but I will not stop here.

Stay away from this company. They present like they are a French toy seller but it’s really just a drop shipping piece of crap. I ordered two items at the beginning of July to take as gifts on vacation for my niece. This website completely ruined my chances. They never sent the items, all I got was a fake tracking number that stopped working on July 14.AVOID BUYING HERE!!
I made an order for an angry birds hatchling plush 6 days ago, did not receive any información apart from the confirmation. Tried to contact through the selling Page and the email address and did not receive any response.
The delivery took 14 (!) work days and came way to late for its purpose as a gift. The customer service was friendly but not very helpful. To return the product, you basically need a master degree and go through a process of a million absurd questions - I will never order there again.
