Very good service. And helpful. Quality of alcohol far superior to supermarket.

Am very surprised by the high rating this company has based on my experience. Ordered a Christmas present online on the 8th of December. Having added my own address as the delivery address, I immediately emailed to inform them of the correct delivery address. Heard nothing more and followed up today to ensure delivery would be made in time for Christmas. Was told by Caroline that she would call back with an update in 30 minutes and 1 hour later no update. Called back again to see if I needed to make alternative arrangements for this Christmas present and was bluntly told that my order was cancelled and that my card would be refunded at some undefined date in the future. 2 shopping days before Christmas. To say I was aghast is an understatement. No apology, no explanation, no customer service, nothing. Last time I will be sending custom there. Had used them before for corporate gifts but never again.

Great selection and speedy delivery

Absolutely love this store Online.... I get drinks from beer to wine and alcopops. It has everything you need, and super fast delivery with fast way! Couldn't fault it.

I ordered an item from the website and a while later noticed some other item I wanted to order, which I did. Later the same day, Brandon contacted me to say the two orders were being processed for shipping together and a refund for the cost of one shipment was being refunded. This is excellent customer service. Most companies would ship the orders separately and charge twice. And if you pop in store the selection is top notch. Fast delivery too. Will definitely be using the service again. Well done guys!

Very expensive, 4 pack of coors beer €10. That is €2 50 per can everywhere else, only €175 per can molloys clondalkin

This is the first time I have used this site, but I will use it again. it was easy to find what I wanted. Quick to order ad it arrived about 2 days later, well packed.
Prices were reasonable too, cheaper than anywhere else I could find.

Stopped off at my local Molloys in Clonsilla for convenience and was charged €20 for a 8 pack of Smithwicks.Will be going to Super Valu in future where I can get the same fo €14.50.

Order placed on 27th November and still hasn't arrived. It appears that my emails are now being ignored. Wouldn't recommend as unreliable.

Great service - despite my giving short notice the product I ordered was delivered on time on the day of the recipient's BIG birthday. She was delighted with it. Thank you for making a special day even more special during these strange times.

I was disappointed in that I wanted to request a pickup of an order that we'd been able to do at the beginning of the pandemic, even knowing I would need to come into the shop to pay by card, but was told that wasn't an option. Other liquor stores in the immediate area not only allow a pickup, allow you to pay in advance and bring the boxes out to your car. We tried delivery by Molloys and while we got what we wanted it too up to 6 days to get and, for protection of the merchandise, the packaging was alot and very awkward.

I have come back to Molloys, by choosing to come on a weekday as they open and it's quick but was still disappointed.
