Did I great job getting me back on the road. Battery issues. Diagnosed and fixed. Thx again

My brand new bike was assembled three weeks ago. It doesn’t work properly , pedal assist does not work at all.. and it cost me $1,800 after tax. I was told they would have to send me a new screen and put it on for the bike to function properly.
That did not work and they said they would send different parts to the bike shop & two weeks later the parts still are not at the shop. So for three weeks my bike is just sitting and I cannot ride my brand new bike. Who knows when it’ll be ready and actually Work…
Not thrilled. Maybe it’ll get fixed and I’ll be satisfied at some point. customer service is trying to help the situation.

From purchasing the bike to receiving the bike was flawless.
I had one small issue with the bikes monitor and customer service was easy to deal with.
Hopefully one day soon Mokwheel will upgrade there plastic parts to hold up better but over all I am very pleased with the bike and at this point that’s going on 2 years.
I would actually purchase another if I was in the market for a 2nd e bike.

I live on the side of a coastal mountain range, so any e-bike has to be able to handle the many difficult hills and terrain. The Obsidian 2.0, 19.6-amp hr battery combined with its 105nm torque at 1000 watts continuous and 1300 watts max really fills the bill. I weigh 195 lbs with another 20 lbs on the rear rack with no issues. The rear rack also comes with turn signals and a brake light adding safety. The 10-speed gearing is excellent for the hills. Now at 600 miles on the bike, my back at 77 years old, really thanks me for a great rear suspension as I do 80% offroad riding. At this price point you can't go wrong with the Mokwheel Obsidian 2.0. Lastly and most importantly is the customer service. Chad in customer service has been excellent is every area. Thank you, Chad. Five stars from me.

Product works as expected.

We love our bikes. We bought the obsedian for me (6'5" 300 lbs) and basalt for the wife 5'4" and they are the best. We've had so many compliments on them and with the extra accessory package we bought, we really didn't need to add anything. We've had them for a little over a year and my wifes bike had a piece break and I took a pic and emails customer support and had a new part in a week. Great customer service. I'm telling you, you can't go wrong.

the Basalt 2.0 is a great e bike it very heavy bike, i have reached 200 miles now and its been wonderful experiencing the long distance bike trails. i prefer peddle assist over throttle keeps me in shape. i still look a videos of a lot of other bikes and i am still glad i choose this one, i have no complaints.

I encountered an issue with the battery lock on my Mokwheel. I contacted customer support and they were quick to address the issue and ship me a replacement lock.

I want to thank Chad at Mokwheel, as well as Adam at Electric Bikes of Arizona. I ordered a new rear wooden platform with new taillight connection for my new Obsidian 2.0 e-bike. Well, I ended up making an installation error and basically fried my new controller and display. These two companies totally helped me and covered my error under warranty. As a new customer, it was such a great feeling when Chad told me all is repairable. So, customer service from both companies was excellent. It is too hot to ride my bike in Phoenix in Summer, but now I am excited for Fall. Thanks again, Chad and Adam!

My bike shipped to my house with zero damage . Assembly was very easy and only took about 15 minutes. I ride in mostly sand and the bike powers through with ease.

Shipping was fast and the bikes arrived in great condition. The bikes were easy to put together and we were riding in no time.

We bought 2 SLATE bikes, and we love them so far. They are smaller and easier for us to ride as we age. 70's. We started with the MESA ST. Happy with them as well. My wife wishes the handlebars were closer but other than that she's good with it.

Nothing made me second guess my decision to buy Mokwheel, in fact the opposite happened. I'm totally impressed by everything but then again, you should be for the price. But the quality of the bikes and even the accessories is fantastic. The ride is amazing. The power is impressive. The design.... everything was better than expected. Great experience. Worth every penny.

Good initial quality, nice features and looks good. Even came with good quality tools to use to assemble that I will actually keep.
