I chose luxurytimestore after reading a lot of reviews which where all positive so I chose my timepiece which was straight forward to do, once order placed I did know that it could take up to 4 weeks and well worth the wait my Yacht Master is absolutely stunning I wear it with pride. The after sales team where amazing Chris I take my hat off to you for keeping in touch throughout the process I am now choosing my second Yacht Master.

Don’t waste your money with these scammers. They do not honor the warranty. Plus, the watches are street corner junk. Maybe worth $50.00. Then they’ll break, rust, grind etc.

They are scammers!!!! They sent the wrong watch and then asked me to send it to China to get a full refund which would cost me the same amount as the watch I bought from them....I read that they had done the same thing to someone else but I assumed it was by mistake...boy was I wrong.

The wrong watch arrived after a month waiting. They offered a 70% price reduction to keep it. I don’t want it. I just want the one I ordered and they refuse to do anything.

Do not buy from them.

At first, I was worried I may not receive the yacht master 2 I ordered. But that quickly disappeared when I got my tracking number. I then received the watch, 1 day ahead of schedule. The watch feels and looks the real one. I monitored the movement for a week and happy to note that about it was off 1 second only in one week. I'm glad I went to this store after months of searching.
