I got a chance to visit their website and found out a very good collection of sleek shoes for women. Very good prices and a vast category of products. I have not ordered anything yet but it looks promising. I think it’s worth a try. Plus the website is very smooth and does not give you a hard time navigating through the vast catalogue of products.

I reached out to Luxarue customer service with a question on sizing. The agent responded quickly, was patient with my questions, and answered my questions. It’s so nice to get kind agent that I can under stand while shopping online at a new store. I can’t wait to receive my order!

I am in the process of shopping around to upgrade my summer wardrobe and stumbled upon this online store Luxarue who supplied the exact type of catalogue I was looking to browse through. With a variety of trendy looking products, specifically their linen shirts, they offer a strong product selection. A huge plus though for me is the free shipping they offer while still having affordably priced products, not something you see very often. I didn't love and found it bizzare that they asked for a tip at checkout, and that the customer service is only available from 9am-5pm EST which means at the time of my purchase I was left to fend for myself. Overall strong catalogue and pricing though, would recommend!

I had a good experience with Luxarue. I had a question about the size since I didn't see the size chart in the website and they answered me rlly fast on the email explaining everything in full details. Very helpful!!

This brand is awesome! The quality of their clothes is good and priced fairly. I also ran into an issue and needed to replace an item and their customer service was on point. They expedited it to me next day which was amazing.

Luxarue has beautiful clothes and free shipping is always nice but the shipping time is long in my opinion.

Overall the products seem great, very stylish and would recommend buying. If I had one issue about the website/company, it would be that there was a lack of inventory. For example, only 3 types of pants and 5 types of shoes. Having more options to choose from would allow the company to generate more business.

I found luxarue.com easy to navigate. The men’s and women’s sections are clearly laid out, so it’s simple to jump to what I was looking for. The price‑range filter is especially helpful as it makes it quick to narrow down options that fit my budget. When I click on an item, the color and size choices are straightforward to browse, and I found the product details clearly listed at the bottom of the page. Overall, it’s a very user‑friendly shopping platform.

I was having problems with sizing so i reached out to them and they answered quickly. When my dress arrived, it fit perfect. The shipping took a little longer than expected, but everything else was great.

Since it's a European company, I appreciate that sizes are provided in US options, while I know my European sizes, the average American will not so the comparison chart is key.

Checkout is simple and I was only offered one "Add On = Save More" option. This was sensible without being overly aggressive. Similar sites often offer a number of additional options which can be annoying and tarnish the customer experience.

For sure one of the best shopping sites! I was looking for such midi dresses for so long and finnaly got it, I'm in love with it :D. It was really easy to find exactly what I wanted, now I just need matching shoes, for which I'll come back soon ;DD. Totally reccomend, if I could I would rate it 100/10.

Professional customer service, nice features, designs, and layouts.

I ordered a summer bodysuit and while my delivery got delayed by two days, my order was everything i wanted. No miss. Their customer service was very patient with me too.

The site is easy to use and there is a decent selection of men’s and women’s clothes. They have a 30 day return policy which is perfect to try different sizes. I would say most items run true to size or slightly smaller. Most items have multiple colors and styles available. I would recommend giving them a try.
