Oh, boy. "Payment declined", "You need to provide a residence certificate".

Okay, I don't have it, my country has a double taxation treaty.

My review is like this because they should have stopped me from doing any work for them if they cant pay me! Now my earned money is stuck. And its not about the money, really, its a low amount. But I worked for it and I have to beg them to pay me??

UPDATE:
Alright, I had to pay out of my own pocket to obtain a tax residence certificate. Which also has 2-3 weeks waiting time, plus it works only in current year. Next year, 2026, I will have to pay AGAIN to get it.
This is an entirely negative experience; Poland and Serbia already have this treaty in place. So. The point is, you have to pay regardless. 20% VAT is also ludicrous, considering I'm already paying taxes here. So, how many times have I had to pay various fees and taxes ( I forgot the PayPal fee, the bank withdrawal fee )

I can't give more than 3 stars, because the whole system is a theft. I am listed on other platforms, and I have never had so many back-and-forths.
