When it did not arrive after two weeks and I did not receive an answer to repeated emails I bought other yarn for the project
Their yarn arrived three days later without previous shipping info
I’ve been emailing them for ten days now asking to return the yarn and meeting with dead silence
So I’m out the money with useless yarn

This shop is amazing
This shop is amazing! They have all the informations about the yarns and a great selection of wool. I bought a big batch of wool for a big project and made a note to ask to have each skeins from the same batch (as possible) and the shop contacted me to say that they will try and in the end they did manage to get all 20 skeins from the same batch! They were super polite, super lovely and the yarn arrived very quickly. Super nice shop 👌

Personally, huge fan!
After shopping with lot of online yarnshops, i found lindehobby. The quality is the same or better, the sales are definitely better, the assortment of yarn is the greatest i've found across webshops and their customer service is very friendly and ready to help. The shipping can take a bit longer, but I am more than willing to make that adjustment.

Yarn smells like cigarettes!
My order smelled like cigarettes and so did all the yarn inside the package. I cannot use them. The smell makes me sick. I contacted them but have not received any answer

Very long shipping time
The orders take very long to be shipped, and the shipping as well takes forever to get to you, so if you do not mind waiting 2 weeks for the parcel, then everything else is great!

Terrible service
Al ready the second time that they shipment got lost. I contacted them 3 weeks after I suppose to receive my package, they said I needed to wait for another 10 days so they can soort it out with the shipping company. Eventually they said the case it closed and they ask if I want to receive new shipment or refund. I replied that I want to have refund. They send the same email again, asking if I want new shipment or refund. I send 8 emails for refund, but it seems they don't like to refund.
