We have not been able to locate your order from the information here, could you please contact us at contact@lightingconcepts.ie
with your order number and a photo/video of the issue?
If the product is faulty or unsafe, we will of course issue a refund or replacement immediately.

Just to clarify : we are not a Temu reseller. Our items are sourced through verified suppliers and every reported defect is reviewed individually so we can investigate properly with the manufacturer.
