I’ve been using this for two weeks now and already my complexion is starting to look even. My pours have reduced significantly. It’s still early days but I can already see some of my fine lines are looking reduced. I called the company before ordering because I just had a few questions and they was so helpful. Delivery was also quick and easy process

Bought the Mask & it has been great so far. Service from the LEREDD team has been fantastic. Received it in two days!

I have had my Leredd face mask for around 2 years. After consistent use of the mask I had some issues with the control. The service I have received from Leredd has been great. They have helped remedy the issue in a professional and prompt manner. I am extremely happy with the service they have given me and I highly recommend the mask. Well worth the investment.

It was lovely meeting Yuliya and her husband at the mind body soul festival where I purchased the red light theraphy for teeth and gums . They both were very helpful and gave me the info I asked for . I also visited Yuliya at her clinic in Bentleigh and can’t wait to book an appt with her .

Works great, wish the strap was a bit longer or you could get another one. Was not happy that the price listed didn't include GST so in the end cost more than I thought. Will know next time.

I have a number or Leredd products, very pleased with all of them…. lent one to my mum for arthritis relief in her hands and couldn’t get it back..so had to get another. Quick delivery and easy ordering.

The LEREDD mask is a great mask for LED light. Has all the features I’m looking for and also has NIR wavelength.

I sent my controller to Georgie and Jeremy, as I had a fault. They were able to rectify the matter even after purchasing the item a 2 years ago.

The aftercare service is what I’m most satisfied with!

My experience was amazing
Meeting Jeremy and yuliya at the Body Mind and Spirit show, they were so lovely and explained everything about the LEREDD
So much so that I bought 4 products and intend to buy more knowing what it does for your body. We spoke to a lady walking by that bought the cap and said it was so amazing after her operation and she said its really helped her recovery.

It’s the best decision I made I’m very very excited with the outcome
I was very nervous at first spending the Money and buying the Red Light hat
I been reading about Red Light Therapy and ultra violet lite for healing and helping inflammation etc
I met Jeremy and and lovely lady talking with them was very authentic and explained how it works and what it can help me with
Then they mentioned it help with Parkinson’s I have a rare disorder call Orthostatic Tremors. That was the green light. I’m very open to things that help me to have a better life. I found them very genuine and very helpful I felt very happy to purchase the LEREDD Hat I’ve been using it now 4days
and noticing a slight difference in my tremors already. I like also that they have continued there services by email after purpose. I feel supported and happy to continue my journey to see where it takes me

I met the lady who does all the red light therapy and a gentleman who was working alongside her. They both gave such great information and advice it was amazing.
I have bought the red light therapy for your mouth. I am so eager to try the treatments in house and will most likely purchase more products. Met them at the Mind Body and Spirit festival.

Great company & Australian Owned. Heaps of dropshippers these days so good to know local still exists & can pick up locally!

My partner bought a mini quad from Leredd.

It worked for just over a year at which point the charger socket disappeared into the unit.

We sent it back to Melbourne for a repair, but they were unable to repair it.

Be prepared you have to treat it as a disposable unit, which is not acceptable for something costing close to $500.

Very aggressive customer service people who said that we had abused it, “abnormal wear and tear” when all we had done was plug it in (like a phone) to charge it.

So many questions about the product and service. Disappointing.

I saw another customer on here with the same problem, They responded very aggressively to that review so watch this space.

***I see from below that Leredd are claiming that this review is fraudulent. It’s not. I have the product in my hand now. I have invoices, purchase dates and costs, and I have many emails exchanged with Leredd when they ignored any responsibility for the product and charged me for postage to Melbourne, tried to charge for a partial repair that didn’t work and then charged me to post it back to me so I could see if I could get it repaired elsewhere. I couldn’t.

I am very happy to provide copies of all paperwork to Trustpilot for them to verify the transaction and therefore the review.

I am also happy to share photos showing the inside of the unit complete with sticky tape.

If Leredd wishes I can also cut and paste your “customer service” emails surrounding the failed unit.

You had your chance to treat us like a respected and valued customer but you chose to be dismissive and quite rude. Which is why we are leaving this honest review.

Al was good but didn’t receive a user manual which would have been handy. A guide on how to use it ( eg time per day and what the different frequencies aim
to achieve etc) would have been great. Otherwise we are really enjoying the product and it was shipped promptly.

I purchased the Superflex M2 red light therapy wrap Leredd and the whole experience was seamless, the website is also modern to use, packed with well-researched product information and references to clinical studies, making it simple to chose the right device for yourself. Delivery from Melbourne was fast, and quality of mail was good.

I love my led foot and hand gloves - great opportunity to relax and unwind

As a first time buyer and a novice of Redlight Therapy .
I phoned a lot of Companys to ask for advise .
I found Julia at LEREDD to be the most courteous and helpful and Professional in the advice that was given.
I phoned back many times before I purchased .I was happy with delivery time .I also found it Easy to assemble .
We are now enjoying our Biohax M3 648 in the comfort and privacy of our home .It has already made a huge difference to our health and well being .
