The Shop has so many things way more than any other shop . And the prices are good . And fast shipping .

I ordered from this company even though the postage was pretty high because they write delivery by 2-4 days and I urgently needed one of the products in my nursery. It’s now been a week and still no parcel.

I bought a Ralight fan from them. Very good, very good packaging, delivery fast and cheaper than other sellers. 👍

This is the best garden shop in the European Union with the most competitive prices. Their product line is huge + all liquids are brand brand new with 5 to 7 years expiration date left. The delivery is discrete. Great respect for this guys.

4/5 because I ended up getting everything I paid for.
Missing star because:
Delivery took over twice as long as estimated.
Packages was roughly handled (not a fault of led-grower, but their carrier partners of choice)
And one package ended up missing and wasn't given with the rest. After snother day of waiting and emails I had it all. And even if harshly handled it all works.

Why they got 4/5 with this "postal mess": they kept in touch, confirmed to me twice by actions that they were actually looking into my missing package for me, and I am almost sure it would have taken longer if not for them.

It was a mess, but a mess that ended up causing trust. I do recommend them. But i ABSOLUTELY do not recommend they keep partnering with SEUR & pdp. Those delivery companies have zero customer service, and will literally throw your packages out, and jump onto your new grow-light to soften the fall for their knees when they exit their delivery truck the entirely wrong way.

The worst/modt lacking thing here is the ai+. It's incapable of speaking full sentences. It has zero access to view my setup. It's a utter waste of space.

Beyond that it's now fully automated and works as advertised. If you have a pet, this is a perfect tent. Tip top quality material!

Since i start growing nearly 3 years ago i order my stuff mostly at LED Grower EU, Good Prices and fast Delivery, to Germany it took mostly 2 Days, to spain it take 4-5 Days.

The last Order was the first Order where something went wrong and the parcel service lost one of my Items. LED Grower asked for Pictures and a day later i got asked i want a refund or should they send the item again. Very good Customer Service who always answer fast.

Always the first site you should look if you need something.

I was a bit unsure at first because of some negative reviews I had seen, but I decided to give it a try anyway. In the end, I’m glad I did. The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was quicker than I expected, and everything arrived in good condition. I haven’t fully tested the product yet, but so far it looks exactly as described.

Everything with my latest order went smooth. Quick delivery and good products.

My first time order however taught me to pay attention to the availability of the products you plan to order. If it's not in stock the estimated delivery time might be very uncertain.

All in all this store is fair and honest. Refunds get paid. Orders get shipped. Nothing to worry about. And prices are very good.
