Idea is not working.
I wait since 6 weeks to my refound!!!!

This app does not work as advertised and the refund policy is misleading.

I tested the software by running only 3 searches. When I searched for plumbers in my city, Leads Gorilla returned around 20 leads, while the same search on Google Maps shows thousands of businesses. The data is extremely limited and not useful.

I requested a refund within 14 days, well inside the advertised 30-day money-back guarantee. My refund was denied because they claimed I had “used the software beyond limited use” — even though I only ran three searches.

Here is their response:

“According to our Terms of Service, you have used the software beyond limited use. Because of this, we will not be able to issue a refund.”

If using the software as intended voids the refund, then the guarantee is misleading. Based on my experience, this product is not worth the money, especially for beginners. I recommend sticking with Google Maps instead

Very unprofessional company.
Each time I open a ticket or ask for help it took 3-5 days for them to get back. When they promise to get back in 12-48h.

I had upgraded my account from leadsgorilla 2.0 to leadsgorilla 2.0 PRO. Never received the pro version.

When I asked for refund, they said I need to provide them with some ID code verification that THEY NEVER GAVE. I also never got the receipt for leadsgorilla 2.0 PRO.

Also, getting the leads is pain in the ass. You need to do it one by one. Might aswell just open Google maps and get them from there.

Even the leadsgorilla community, took them 3 weeks to add me to the community.

Its a dead community too, none is getting the support they need.
