Used Beam for my house purchase and honestly couldn't have asked for more. I’m happy with the service overall. Laurie Murphy was great to deal with — always prompt, clear, and genuinely helpful whenever I reached out. The process itself was smooth, and the platform made things easy to follow. The only reason I’m giving four stars instead of five is that I had to chase a couple of updates myself along the way, though it wasn’t a big issue. Overall, a positive experience and I’d happily use Beam again.

Avoid like the plague. Uncontactable most of the time. Lucky to receive a response to my correspondence - even luckier if a member of the team has actually bothered to read the email I sent. Incredibly frustrating to deal with.

Very poor communication and almost lost a sale because of Beam. I would not use them again as they were appalling at customer service yet very happy to charge a fee despite such poor service.
Upon completion they also withheld some of my funds when they shouldn’t have and I got a weak apology when I questioned it.
Sadly I can’t recommend them.
