Great from start to finish

I am extremely disappointed with the recent school sports team photos we purchased. The pricing is very high for what is ultimately a basic product, and the quality does not come close to representing the cost.

The online image selection process was particularly frustrating, with limited choice resulting in my son appearing to be looking away in the final photo. Given the number of images that are usually taken, better options should be available to parents before committing to an expensive purchase.

The postage charges also feel excessive, adding further cost to what is already an overpriced service. Having purchased school photographs over a number of years, I have noticed that the overall image quality appears to have declined rather than improved.

For the prices being charged, I would expect a much higher standard of photography, image selection, and customer experience. Unfortunately, this purchase represents poor value for money and has been a disappointing experience.

The communication, assistance and speed of delivery of my daughter's Cambridge graduation group picture was all excellent. The border decoration is beautifully done. So pleased. Thank you!

I am dealing with Lafayette many years now for all school photos and they and their website have been great. I had lost two photos on a failed USB stick and within an hour, Emma had found and sent me the two precious photos. Cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic service with prompt delivery. My orders are always school pictures of my children. This is the first year I've ordered for them to be delivered to my home address instead of the school. Delivery was less than a week.

Excellent service when I contacted them direct because my child had missed the deadline for delivery and had no access to a code for the photo,(usual teenager). They emailed me a link straightaway once I gave the picture and school details. Photo ordered and delivered without issue.

I had contacted Lafayette as my son's photo order form had went missing between school and daycare. Emma located his photos and sent me a link very quickly and was lovely to interact with.
