I signed up and paid for LazUnusable product. Zero customer support. Never got access.yApply over…
I signed up and paid for LazyApply over 5 days ago. To this day, I have never been able to use their service — not once.
The problem? Their platform only works with Gmail accounts. This restriction is nowhere to be found during signup or checkout. I only discovered it after paying. I signed up with a Hotmail email and was simply locked out.
Since then, I have sent more than three emails to their support team offering to switch my account to a Gmail address. The response? Absolute silence. Not a single reply. Not even an automated acknowledgment.
Let me be clear about what happened:
I paid for a service I have never been able to use.
A critical technical limitation (Gmail only) was never disclosed before payment.
Their customer support is nonexistent — multiple emails completely ignored.
When you actually read their refund policy, they claim they offer refunds if the product "fails to function as advertised." Well, a product you cannot even log into definitely qualifies.
I have now formally requested a full refund. If this is not resolved promptly, I will be filing a chargeback with my payment provider.
My advice to anyone considering LazyApply: do not pay until they are transparent about their technical requirements and actually prove they have a functioning support team. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service.

Horrible-Horrible-Horrible Customer…
Horrible-Horrible-Horrible Customer service. I bought a membership, and felt the platform made consistent mistakes when applying for jobs for me. I asked for a refund within the 30-day window, and to cancel my membership, and it took two weeks to even get a response to let me know I was in the Queue. I would def not recommend this platform
Don't waste your money - Customer Service is non existent
It started off well, but in the last year, customer service has been nonexistent. The fields are blanked out even when filled in correctly on LinkedIn applications - not just any fields, but the first and last name. Other errors include setting "yes" as the default, even though it's incorrect, on questions like "Will you require a visa to work?" or "Are you a veteran?" My profile was filled in with the correct responses, but somehow it is not reading them. I've reached out 3x and have not received any responses. The chat sends you to do an email, and nothing happens when you do. Don't waste your money. I'm looking for another alternative. This will only make you look embarrassingly bad to potential employers.
IT´S A SCAM!!
IT´S A SCAM!!! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE!!
There are always issues with their platform, and there is NO customer service at all!!
I have sent several emails and notifications for weeks, and nothing!
I am escalating the case with the European Consumer Centre
Scam
Awful, scam, it doesn't work, and the people "working" for this company don't answer queries at all.
How this company is on Google and is still allowed to run is beyond me.
That they don't have moderators that check these things and even on gemini, they say it's legit, I'm baffled
Scam scam scam
TOTAL FRAUD, AVOID. Does not function to automate, total waste of time and $$$
The software has only worked properly for me one day out of over 15 that I have been subscribed.
It fails at automation of completing application form - for example, on my first 25 applications it could not even enter my *First Name* and/or *Last Name*.
It typically fails (90% of the time), leaving you to apply manually *AND FIX ITS MISTAKES ON THE FIELDS IT DID MANAGE TO FILL IN*.
There is no "support". Period.
They do not respond.
Avoid this platform - it is a waste of time and money - **it will actually slow your job search down** dramatically.
I am calling my bank to dispute/refund the charge based on the fact that 1) no working service was ever provided 2) no responses were made to my complaints/no improvements were implemented 3) this is in all legal respects, a fraud.
Software returns errors -- No customer support
Software returns errors. basic searches do not return anything. Console logs show a 500 internal server error on the search, while the depth logs show a 403 for their scraping service. It's been down for over a month and I'm at 3 weeks waiting for customer support to respond to my multiple messages I've left for them.
They got my money and ran. Do not give them any money.
Hasn't worked for a month now
Hasn't worked for a month now. I have had it for years and they keep reducing the level of service that you paid for. If you started off with a lifetime service they reduce the jobs from unlimited to just 150 per day. Now it hasn't worked for weeks. It never finds any jobs at all any more. Customer service doesn't respond to emails. The Indian authorities so far have not wanted to help either after they took payment and won't refund.
The software is complete garbage
The software is complete garbage. It doesn’t work at all in most cases. You try to automate the application, but it typically fails and never does anything leaving you with having to apply manually. Additionally, the company doesn’t respond to any type of support emails or request for refund. Avoid this company because it’s a complete scam.

This tool is by far the most efficient / effective way to apply to jobs. It automates the most frustrating aspect of the job search, sending applications, so you can focus on preparing for interviews.

He is a scammer and has a vague refund policy. Also makes you subscribe forever without notice through paddle. I am trying to get in touch with RBI and local authorities in India. Dont get carried away by fake reviews. Does not clearly disclose that this is just a chrome extension.

Game-Changer for Job Applications!
LazyApply has completely transformed my job search experience. What used to take me hours every day—filling out repetitive job applications—now gets done automatically while I focus on preparing for interviews.
What I love:
Massive Time Saver: I applied to hundreds of jobs in just a few days with minimal effort.
Custom Cover Letters: The AI-generated and editable templates make every application feel personalized.
Multi-Platform Support: Works seamlessly with LinkedIn, Indeed, and most importantly applying directly to their web posting.
Simple Setup: Easy Chrome extension and intuitive dashboard.
GREATEST SUPPORT EXPERIANCE: Anytime I had a question, their team responded quickly and clearly.
If you're serious about landing a job without burning out on the process, LazyApply is absolutely worth it. I wish I had found this sooner!
I’ve been using LazyApply for about 3…
I’ve been using LazyApply for about 3 months, here’s my review
• Once my filters were set, a single click fired off applicaitons on LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and a few smaller sites. Saves me loads of time
• The Chrome add-on fills most forms fine, auto generated cover letters are ok but I still proof read them.
• The analytics page shows how many jobs went out, the dates, and what resume version was used so tracking progress is easy
Getting started took patience. I kicked off the automation too quick and a couple answer fields looked weird. Support said parts of my profile were not answered. Filled that in and the quality got heaps better.
• It still skips listings that force a login to an employer portal unless you flip on All Platforms mode. That option finds those jobs, but its filters can be hit or miss
• About one in twenty submissions has a small error like wrong phone nr format. No recruiter has called me out yet
• Support usually reply the same day, though I once waited 36 hrs before I recieved an answer
LazyApply isn’t perfect, but for high volume job hunting its pretty close. For the price of a decent dinner, it has saved me dozens of hours and landed 15 plus interviews. Worth a shot if you need to blast out apps fast.
Poor Job and Location Filters
For reference, I was trying to find entry level remote/Denver based jobs in CADD. The category filters continually pulled up senior position roles and on-site only roles even when both filters were selected correctly. Basically, the filters just don't work as intended, which makes finding the correct jobs/location a lot harder. The autofill portion of the extension works ok, but only when the job app is simple.
LazyApply is honestly pretty great
LazyApply is honestly pretty great. It saves me tons of time applying directly through company career pages. Customer support is chill and always quick to help.
