Been great with me amending my order for the third time!!?.
Living in a flat during winter months its great to have a service for towels, bedsheets and duvets.
Provide great service
In my experience, Laundryheap charges a premium price for a just about acceptable service. That said, I won't be using it again in the future. Last week I sent a duvet for washing. It came back in such an appalling condition that it went straight in the bin and the bedding with which it came into contact was stripped and put in the wash.
When I sent the duvet for cleaning it had three marks on it. All three were from when it was last cleaned by Laundryheap (they looked like the marks you get when the washing machine needs cleaning, I spot cleaned them but couldn't get them completely out). The duvet came back covered in yellow stains and marks that looked like someone had been eating while handling it ... there were actually specs of the "food" still stuck to it.
In response to my complaint I got what largely looked like a standard reply. I was offered a credit of €10: the sender didn't even notice I was in the UK! That converts to £8.59 against the total charge of £65.49 for washing/drying a duvet now in the rubbish, necessitating the purchase of a new one.
I suppose the cleaners Laundryheap use are cheap. Even if they have to reclean something multiple times they are still in profit, so are not paticularly bothered about the quality of the service. If you live in North East London I strongly suggest you look elsewhere.

I unfortunately cannot recommend this service based on our experiences.
We have had several issues with the reliability of the service. On two separate occasions, our dry cleaning was delivered to the wrong house, and the company was unable to identify where it had been left. On another occasion, the driver forgot approximately half of our dry cleaning at the facility, resulting in a delayed delivery.
While customer service is responsive, the communication feels very impersonal. Responses often appear to be standard, pre-written messages rather than a genuine attempt to understand and resolve the specific situation.
For me, the issue goes beyond the mistakes themselves. Laundry and dry cleaning are personal belongings, and when something goes wrong, I would expect a company to take ownership, investigate what happened and follow up with the customer. After our most recent issue, nobody proactively contacted me to explain what had happened or to ensure that the matter had been properly resolved. Instead, the response felt more focused on providing explanations and excuses than on taking responsibility.
Unfortunately, after multiple incidents, I no longer feel that this is a sufficiently reliable or customer-focused service.

The delivery and collection services were very professional as they respected the time and the privacy of their client, also proper cleaning of the items.
