The bedding arrived beautifully packaged and as it was a gift I was very pleased with the presentation. The item arrived quickly and the communications were great. The courier sent specific timings on the day which really helps to plan. My daughter was delighted with the bedding set. The softness and cool feel along with the quality of the product is as we hoped for. It is more than I would usually spend on a bedding set and we are very pleased and feel it is well worth the money for a special treat. We would definitely buy again from Lost Loom and appreciate the ethics of buying from this brand.

Have a set of the bamboo bedding, which I love, though a bit uncomfortable that it has to b washed at 30 and I always feel bedding and undies need to be washed at a high temp.
Bought one pillow to try it out, love it so much I bought a second and have just bought a pair for the guest bedroom: ordered yesterday and just been delivered .

Having done my research on sustainable bedding, I was delighted with my purchase from Lost Loom. The bamboo fibres have created the most incredible, silky, soft, satin feel sheets and pillow cases that are not only exceptional in quality but outstanding in appearance! They are easy to wash on a low temperature, very easy to iron and feel like hotel luxury when they are on the bed!!
Suoer speedy delivery and exceptional quality. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very soft and comfortable bedding. I've been shopping around for good quality bamboo sheets for a while since my old one started to age, this is the best quality I've found so far. I'll be buying another set.

This is the second set of sheets I have purchased, as they help to keep me cool overnight and the quality is good.
They arrived when expected, the packaging is robust, it included a card with clear instructions on how to care for them.
