Phenomenal Customer Support, An offer didn't credit and they fixed it for me.

The 1 star reviews are the only ones that are genuine, company pays for reviews, DO NOT EVER SUPPORT THEM IN ANY WAY, DON'T PLAY THEIR OFFERS!

Completed the Robinhood offer and sent screenshots with proof of purchase and trades completed. They responded saying it can take up to 30 business days. After 30 business days they said to refer to the previous email. After another 30 days they stopped responding back.

I completed an offer back in March 2nd lootably said it could take 30 days for the game provider to respond . It’s almost mid June and they don’t respond to my emails or communicate with me . I WANT MY $180 usd NOW

On May 18, 2026, i did offer tasks for the game "Wuthering Waves", and I completed the following tasks:

Download The Game (worth 305.5 points)
Complete Character Level 8 (worth 923 points)
Complete Character Level 15 (worth 1,228.5 points)
Complete Character Level 25 (worth 2,151.5 points)

It is now June 8, 2026, 3 weeks after I did it, but I am still not paid for my tasks. I contacted Lootably via email, but all they said was that they were looking into it, yet 3 weeks have passed and I was still not paid.

I appreciate the fact they responded to my email in about 1-2 days, which is pretty prompt, but I wish Lootably would give me the reward I am owed, since I provided them with everything - my Wuthering Waves game ID (717332273), my in-game screenshots proving each task, etc.

I'm even willing to provide video footage of my account being played if needed. I just want I worked for, and I feel like 3 weeks is more than enough patience.

unfortunately this is not trustable offerwall. After depositing money, risking my capital and completing a casino offer, they denied my reward saying they can't take the screenshot as proof of completion even though it shows the amount i wagered and my id. i am still trying to contact to get it resolved.

The support was amazing.
I completed an offer but did not get my points.
The next morning, i got some of them.

I registered with Lootably through the CoinPayu (now RewardJoy) website's offer wall and deposited 20 USD as per the offer terms, completing a 40 USD wagering requirement. However, the reward hasn't been credited to my account. I contacted Lootably about this, but after two days, I've received neither a response nor my reward. You should definitely stay away from this job-based website.

I'm still waiting for a reply to my email regarding the tasks I was supposed to get a reward for and on which I spent a lot of money. After more than 30 business days, there is still no reply, this is just a scam.

Completed a bet winner wager deposit/bonus, I've sent them multiple emails and provided probably 20 evidence screenshots, the just denied the evidence, when asked them what kind of evidence they need they never responded. Don't get fazed by multiple 5-star reviews on Trustpilot, they pay for 5star reviews on their website, I'll recommend you to stick to Torox and Revu. Lootably are scammers

Lootably denies compensation and pockets the $ themselves.

I have been waiting for over 4 months for my CasinoLab (41,182 C) and Spinational (48,450 C) credits. I provided every single proof, deposit receipt, and screenshot requested. Despite this, their support only sends automated bot replies within 2 minutes. Even their CEO, Ethan Geczi, ignores direct professional outreach. As someone working in the industry , I can confirm this is a total SLA failure. They are holding my earned rewards hostage while the status is incorrectly shown as 'Expired' in their broken system. They don't credit you even after you show everything that was needed for completion. They ignore your mails and respond to other people. Do. Not Waste. Ur time. Here.

Complete useless company. If you have a complaint about not getting paid, they can't do nothing to help you. All they basically tell you is, we sent it to the advertiser and and they may or may not get back to us, and hence sucks to be you.. Have a good day. COMPLETE USELESS. AVOID THIS SCAM COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
