Robert was a Good Plumber. He was quick and helped us fix the flooded sink very quickly although we were very stressed.

Complete scam.

Charged us £74 to come round and just took a picture of the outside of our toilet, despite the issue being the cistern. The office then quoted £250 to fix it, based on that photo. He didn't try to diagnose the issue at all.

The plumber (independent contractor) was lovely but as per other reviews company (Local London Plumber but wefix24office email otherwise - big corporation more like, false advertising !) taking advantage of desperate people with 20% admin charge and then 20% VAT on top as well as increased charges for the work as daytime emergency

Charged over £500 for a half hour job. £70 call out, £70 admin fee and £297 per hour or part thereof. Absolute scam. The plumber himself was very pleasant and helpful, but the company he works for are robbers. AVOID

Fantastic fast efficient two change

Absolute scammers. Used the emergency plumbing service and was charged £1300 for an hour and 20mins work. Pricing is not clear and they dragged out tasks/carried out unnecessary tasks to put them into the second hour (they charge and hourly rate). They also only accept cash or bank transfers, presumably so you can’t take up charging issues as a card dispute!
Avoid using this company. They will unfairly charge you extortionate amounts.

Very expensive! Be warned they wanted to charge us £280 for a 20 minute job with one small part needed. They won’t tell you how much they will charge you before booking you in, be prepared for a very high hourly rate.

I wish they were a little more upfront & clear with their charges. I had an issue with my boiler. On the phone they confirm a call out charge of 59. But once the engineer arrived (2hrs after the call), he would not go any further until i agreed with the further charges of 269 + 2% admin fee +vat. So the real charge is actually 472.32. I had to agree to this charge by email before the engineer even looked at the boiler. If i did not agree to this charge I would still have to pay 59 for the engineer to knock on my door!!

They are fraud don’t use them

Very clear and meticulous in helping with my hot water system. Danut was exceptionally helpful with clear instructions and patient with me. I would recommend him to anybody. He was also polite and informative a as well. I much appreciate his support and help.

I had an issue with my boiler an f22 error that stopped my hot water and heating ! So I looked online and called local plumber and they sent someone out and arrived at my property within an hour !
The engineers stayed 2 hours and got everything back on !
I was really pleased and happy as how profesional he was!

I called local plumbers London as I had a burst pipe in my loft. They was with me within the hour. Very professional , helped clean up all the mess from the leak. Got all the pipework done Very quickly. Highly recommend
