I placed my first order and it was acknowledged immediately. Seems it must have been shipped the same day because I received my parcel in absolutely no time at all. I placed an order May 7,2026. The order was returned to the company . I have emailed for a refund with no response . I was a regular customer but now I will not order again if this is your way of responding.

I am beyond disappointed with this company and their customer service. I was a returning customer and had purchased jewelry from this site before, so I trusted the quality enough to buy multiple pieces again. One of them was a necklace I gifted my mom for Mother’s Day. She wore it ONE time to a dinner, and the necklace already started losing its color.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service. I emailed them about the issue and had to send a follow-up email just to even get a response. Then they asked for pictures, only to come back and tell me that because the necklace was “worn,” there was nothing they could do. Excuse me? Jewelry is meant to be worn. If it cannot survive one dinner without fading, then the quality is cheap and poor.

Instead of offering a return, exchange, or standing behind their product, they offered me a coupon for my “next purchase.” What makes you think I would continue spending money with a company that refuses to take accountability for such poor quality products?

Buyers beware. The jewelry may look nice online, but don’t expect it to last or expect customer service to actually help when there’s an issue.

I made my first purchase from Love Stylez and I absolutely love it and I’m going to pick some more items out this week. I highly recommend this company. The jewelry is beautiful very very well-made and I’m very happy with my choice.

I saw an ad on FB, and searched the product. I was looking for a simple, elegant chain. I found the heart chain, ordered it, and was thrilled with it. It is lovely, and of very good quality. It was delivered as scheduled with no problems. I will definitely order from you again.

Everything I’ve ordered from LoveStylize has been beautiful and high quality. My recent pink necklace is no exception.

I have ordered a couple items from LoveStylize and although there was one glitch, the problem was resolved immediately upon me notifying them. I have been very happy with the jewelry I have received, and so much so that I have also ordered a gift card for another friend. Their jewelry offers many options from chunky style to very delicate.

Their website is very nice and there is a place to contact them with a message. They have always responded to me immediately.

I would recommend them for their jewelry and customer service.

I have recently purchase several jewelry pieces from LoveStyle. Firstly, I am pleased with the products I have received. The quality is good, the two bracelets I received are so pretty, and my skin is not reacting at all when I wear them.

Secondly, I received my ordered faster than anticipated. Thirdly, the packaging is nice so I have plans to buy gifts for my friends and family in the near future! Thank you LoveStyle💚

I’ve just ordered my 4th and 5th piece from LoveStylize, and everything I’ve received is absolutely gorgeous! When ordering these last two items I realized there was incorrect address information after I’d already submitted my order. I contacted them and it was fixed within 30 minutes of my email. Now THATS great customer service, replying that quickly, and on a weekend! Thank you so much!

Beautiful jewelry!! I ordered a necklace for my daughter in law and she loved it!! Great quality and great price. Looks very much like David Yurman jewelry without the high price tag. I would definitely order again!!
