Scammers and fraudsters—the company is based in the Netherlands, yet they demand that returns be sent to Asia. Since the shipping cost can exceed the value of the item itself, they pressure customers to keep the product in exchange for a 10% refund. It’s a complete scam.

I ordered two bra’s in a size according the size chart on the website. They turned out to be too small. Via WhatsApp i asked how to return the items. I received a quick response in which they offered to send me the correct size without any costs. And got to keep the bra’s for a friend with a smaller size.
