I received regular updates on the arrival of my blanket. The quality and colors are great. It's beautiful and well made. I'm very pleased with their products. I highly recommend them if you want a true cotton that is quality.

I ordered pjs and a robe. Upon arrival I realized that the robe was the wrong size- I had ordered up a size because I wanted to be sure it was roomy. It was TOO roomy. I emailed customer service and they couldn’t have been more helpful. My right-size robe is on the way!
Also, washed to pjs before wearing them, hung them to dry. The material is wrinkly free!

This company is great to customers. The customer service is outstanding. They replaced an item that I was unhappy with and helped me with choosing another item. Communication was excellent. Every email was answered immediately. To future customers, have no fear in buying from ownkoti.

I have made a number of purchases from Ownkoti. The quality is top notch. I did have a problem with a pair of pants, where the fabric separated from the seam. I contacted them, and they offered a different pair of pants, sent to me for no charge. They were truly responsive and very helpful. I plan to shop with them long into the future!!

My experience with Ownkoti has been excellent! I love the bedspreads we got. They're perfect for our new home in florida. Beautiful, light weight and well made. I also was accidentally shipped the wrong color for one of my bedspreads and they were super quick to respond and help me out by shipping the replacement out asap! All around great experience.

Ownkoti has beautiful products crafted from very fine materials. Their styling is elegant and unique. The customer service is excellent, as the company representatives respond promptly to any concerns. Highly recommend.

The return policy clearly states ownkoti accepts Returns up to 30 days after delivery I tried to return after immediately after it arrived because of the poor quality. After several emails from them offering me a 15% refund but keep the Robe they agreed I could return the Robe to China . Ridiculously expensive and they know it!! Make sure you DONOT plan on returning your purchase.

I was sent an extremely large dressing gown that would fit a Large or Extra Large when I ordered a Medium. And now I will only receive a 15% refund for the privilege of not paying an extortionate cost to ship to China where the garments are manufactured, not the US.

Avoid

The website was originally saying it was registered in NM, USA, but it turns out that was just a shell company or non-existing? The supplier for the company is located in mainland China and uses HongKong customer service? If you want to return something, good luck on that. Today I checked its website again and it has removed its USA address.

What's not to love.

Although they advertise their bedding as queen size, the blanket I purchased doesn’t fit my bed. I was told that it was my fault because I didn’t measure the dimensions despite it being advertised as a queen. They told me that it was my fault for not measuring and said that I am responsible for the return shipping.

The item I ordered, a short set, doesn't fit and I don't want to get another size because the top is way too large and the bottoms are too tight. I have been trying to get information from the company for a week about how to make a return. They initially wrote me back giving incentives to keep or exchange the item but offered a regular return if that was what I preferred. They still haven't replied with information about how to actually do a return. I've never dealt with a company where it takes a week (and counting) just to request a return.

In addition: the item I need to return is only part of my original order. The rest of the order hasn't shipped yet and I've been given no timeline for when to expect it.
I'm concerned to see that some reviewers here felt scammed by Ownkoti. I wonder if I will ever see the rest of my order or if it was just money thrown away.

1) I don’t appreciate their use of my email in a public forum.

2) Ownkoti has NOT sent me instructions on how to get a refund. I have checked all my email folders including my Spam. We have an ongoing email thread that they have not replied to in 5 days.

3) Ownkoti did NOT notify me that the item I ordered on July 28 was sold out on July 30. I checked all my email folders including my Spam. In addition, I checked my bank account. I was charged $145.47 on July 28 for two items. One item arrived and the other one did not. They will not give me information about its status. If, as they claim, they notified me that the item was sold out on July 30, why didn’t they refund the cost of that item? It’s because they never did send me such an email on July 30. They are keeping my money for the undelivered goods and doing their best to avoid giving me a refund on the item I did receive but that is poorly sized.

Ownkoti is either a fraud company or has the worst and slowest customer service on the planet.

Either way, the person who replied to my review is misinformed or simply lied.

This company has very good customer service and really helped me out by sending me a larger duvet comforter when the one I bought did not fit.. they went above and beyond to make sure I’m happy with my purchase. Thank you!!

I purchased a spaghetti strap night gown in an ikat black and white print. It was the correct size but the construction was strange, the straps hit my shoulders too wide, the top was just off. I tried to ascertain if an alteration could help but it wouldn't have. To return it would be futile so it went into the Goodwill pile.

Very disappointing. Not only did they not ship timely, when I canceled they “shipped” the product. When I looked up the tracking number, nothing was prepared for shipping. Still no product, no refund. Now Apple is involved and they are still refusing to refund. Fraud. Scammers.

I’m hooked! I now have two robes, pajamas and a beautiful bedspread. In addition to the beauty, the quality of these products is splendid, soft and durable.

Very pleased! Colour is vibrant, quality construction and quality breathable cotton. Frankly im shocked as most on line clothing is nothing as pictured. Order with confidence!!!!

I have purchased three item from Ownkoti, and they run large! So I guess it must depend on the item. I love the lounge set and summer robes that I purchased. Customer service was very responsive when I complained about the size being too large.
