Unfortunately i don’t have good experience with this website. I ordered roller blades for my daughter, delivery time was supposed to be between 6-8 days. We waited for 3 weeks and haven’t received our order. Each time we asked about it, and it was every 5-6 days they had the same answer: “we THINK your order will be dispatched this week!” “WE THINK…!!!!” Customer service had no idea where is my order or wether it will dispatched! Only after we decided to ask for money return they sent us letter where they said they were sorry. Luckily they returned us money. I think customers should also be protected when they pay full amount immediately as suppliers are-if they don’t deliver on time to give significant discount or similar!

Great sevice. Confirmation email instantly, dispatch email next morning. Delivered from Sweden to UK in 2-3 days. Great item. Perfect!

happy with my purchase and good communication after ordering wrong size twice. i would advise knowing the size you want before ordering as the cost of postage to Sweden is expensive if you have to return. very good selection of clothing and I would recommend and I will order again and make sure i have correct size

I ordered the Sardis Lake double camping chair on Sunday and it was delivered to my home in a small town in Canada on Thursday! Great product, fast & economical shipping (€7.9) and the best price I could find for this product on the internet! Excellent purchasing experience!

After a month since I sent them the return, paying for my own shipping charges (€ 40), I still waiting that they will return my money. Very bad service.

I do not know what is the problem with the company but I have all the time problems to get the invoices fur my purchases. First time after additional requests they managed to send me the invoice. Last time I did not receve the invoice again therefore I wrote to info outnorth 3 times but they did not bothered them self to answer me.
CONCLUSION: if you want to have legal papers (invoices) for you or your accountant - forget this company.
30 12 2019 Update:
After Jenny's reply I sent to given Outnorth email all requested information on 06 12 2019. And...Again no answer. Nothing new :) Anyway, Happy New Year Outnorth !

Ordered €50 worth of items. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for any sort of communication about my order. No tracking number, update on stock, etc. DO NOT but from this company unless you would like to wait weeks. Save yourself the time and find another company.

Placed my order and the item shipped a day and a half later. Received a response to a question emailed to costumer service, following day. I have nothing to complain about although the item could have shipped sooner.

I received a defective ski pants. I sent the first complaint letter 20 days ago and since then I have sent 4 more emails, 2 of them including photographs. I have not received an answer yet. It is a shame

I phoned Outnorth before ordering. They reassured me that if I bought the items before 12:00 they would be shipped the same day. I placed the order at 11:00 and waited.... The next day I got a confirmation that the order was shipped. I sent them an email asking why they had not shipped the same day. They reassured me the item was shipped and apologized for being busy. So I checked the tracking number and the order was not shipped. It has been three days and the order is still not shipped! I asked them for an explanation yesterday, no reponse. I asked them for a refund, no response. I asked them for a refund again today and I asked them to respond. Still waiting.....

According to Outnorth if the ordered items are on storage, then it will be shipped within 48h - apparently not!!!! I order some gifts for a birthday Monday, but after contacting "customer service" Thursday noon, the gifts are still not shipped. I will at the earliest receive the gifts Monday - a week after I order them. I politely suggested that they compensated with paying for the shipping ( a meagre 39 DKK ~ 5.2 EUR). However, after consulting with co-workers, the lady from the "customer service" returned with standard phrases as "I'm sorry that your are in that situation" "I understand your situation, BUT I can't do anything about it" As I told her, she can, it is just a question of whether she wants to... Her last "kind" offer was to cancel the order... Thanks a lot!

Next time I might just order on AliExpress, at least I know not to expect too much about the times it takes to deliver the items.
So if you really need to count on the items that you order to be delivered on time, for your own sake, find somewhere else...

If you want to order and then wait 4 WEEKS for your items to arrive then Outnorth is for you.

Will never use this company again.

So many better online retailers out there.

Fast delivery. Good product range.

In the busy December the goods were delivered very quickly to my closest post office. Freight free of charge and everything as expected. Nice!
