Fantastic Company to deal with. Fast delivery. More than happy with my New camping chairs. Customer service was First Class. Had a small problem, a clip was broken on the head cushion on delivery. This was dealt with immediately & the new replacement cushion delivered within 2 days. Well done 10 out of 10

Tried to order online during recent storm & system didn't seem to be processing, rang store to be told online order not being accepted due to demand & only in-store service available. Arranged for friend to call in person and collect exactly what I had tried to order online. Long story short my online order did go through and was debited from my bank. On returning to the store later that afternoon I discovered that my friend had been charged a higher price for the same item. When I asked for a refund of higher price I was told rather abruptly read the receipt it clearly states "in light of the emergency caused by storm Eowyn, no returns or refunds would be processed".

I questioned the increase on the price charged for burner & was told online process had not been adjusted/updated when the order was received.
Very poor taste on behalf of company, totally get prices increase but manner in which this was handled was unacceptable. Felt at vulnerable time people were being exploited.

Fabulous store - first class service with a smile. Staff couldn't be more helpful - know their products. Very understanding & give good advice how to operate/re-charge products. Highly recommend a visit - something for everyone 👍

Absolutely brilliant service. I ordered yesterday, called to make sure everything was in stock. Just received my order, well packed and as expected. Top service, can only recommend this company.

Slimy. Went in and was sold an “affordable” tent that was much bigger than needed. Revisited after we left the shop and found something much better quality for much less expensive. Attempted to return the item just about 24 hours after in perfect condition and was told that the policy was flat out no returns except for store credit because the items were on sale. Although the policy is on the receipt and posted in shop the sales person, who was very busy giving us information failed to mention this policy prior to purchasing the item. We are now stuck with a tent that isn’t fit for our own purpose and far to heavy to do the traveling we would like to do with it. The sales is overkill towards the brands that they have and there is no customer focus within this shop. Definitely will not be shopping here again. Camping and outdoor sports are a lifelong hobby and being from the states many people constantly come back to the same outdoor store out of loyalty and with the knowledge that the store will be loyal to their customers instead of having a €€ focus only. It’s sad to know that these shops don’t exist in ireland.

Excellent customer service. I bought an item in September 2023 and wanted to buy a few more as Christmas gifts. The make and model I wanted was out of stock and when I contacted Outback Jacks by email, they promptly replied and said they would check to see if they could reorder them.I dealt with Emma who was very friendly, professional and provided me with regular updates on the status of the order request. When Emma received confirmation that the items would be in stock, she sent me an e-mail to tell me when they would be available to purchase on the website.
Emma went above and beyond. It was refreshing to have such a positive online shopping experience. I would certainly recommend Outback Jacks for all your outdoor needs!

I had to replace a split camping pole and rang Outback Jack's ahead of calling in. Joe was extremely helpful on the phone and when I called in to the shop he actually took the time to replace the pole for me. The shop is so well stocked with absolutely everything you could need for camping. I ended up buying hiking boots too. Again, Joe was super knowledgeable about the products. All the staff seemed very accommodating and helpful. I will definitely be using them again and I would highly recommend to anyone to check them out.

Excellent company and exceptional customer service, I bought a tent from them and was a fault after 12 months and they sorted everything out and made sure was fixed under warranty and made it effortless for us. We buy all our vango equipment from them and will recommend them even more than before. Great to find a company that stands by what it sells and sorts any issues without any hassle for the customer if I could give more stars I would

I ordered a small camping stove and accidentally ordered the wrong cylinders to go with it. Outback jacks brought it to my attention, as I am very unfamiliar with any kind of camping equipment. The company was incredibly helpful in helping me to correct my mistake, even holding items for me. I would very happily recommend them to anyone.

Got a couple of orders from here, good customer service, all questions answered quickly, good price good range, can't complain
