Exceptional company from the outset, from the initial consultation right to the moment when the tradesmen literally hoovered their way out the front door- leaving not a track or trace of the involved job that pumping walls and insulating roof entails. Highly recommend this most professional and courteous company, Con, Catherine and the team turned our iceberg '80's bungalow into a house where we have to double check that we've turned off the heat!

OS Insulate were very professional in all my dealings with them and responded very quickly to any potential questions or queries about the work to be done. The actual cavity wall and loft insulation work was carried out to a really excellent standard and the guys cleaned up perfectly and put everything back in place. I would definitely recommend them.

I recently engaged OS Insulate to insulate my residence. I received quotations from a few companies, including OS Insulate, in advance. While the quotation from OS Insulate was not the cheapest, I was sufficiently impressed by the manner in which the survey of my house was conducted prior to giving me a quotation that I decided to award the contract to that company.
Looking back at the manner in which the work was completed, I am very pleased that I chose OS Insulate. From start to finish, I found the company to be most efficient and engaging in every respect.
As a result of my experience, I would strongly recommend OS Insulate without any reservation to anybody considering insulating their home.

The team at OS Insulate maintained regular communication throughout the order and installation process. On the day of the installation they arrived punctually and commenced work promptly. At the survey stage Con was very helpful and full of advice.

OS insulate would not keep their word or promise
We ended going with another company as Con was abusive on the phone when asked to keep his promise

Con and Catherine from OS Insulate promised us 6/7 weeks to do our job, We exchanged contracts and we signed agreement
Con also asked we carry out works in advance, After 10 weeks of trying to get through Con told us finally that he would be at least a further 12/15 weeks on top
Con said OS insulate was busy and look elsewhere
The reason we went with Con and Catherine was they were West Cork based and we wanted to give a local business our custom and we were very let down,
We have to employ another contractor now and because of the 10 weeks lost we have to go through the winter without our insulation as Promised
Please be Buyer Aware with this company OS Insulate as promises mean nothing.

We got attic insulation with spray foam insulation done by OS Insulation, they were great value for money and did a great job.
