My ordered Chinese cleaver arrived…

My ordered Chinese cleaver arrived promptly. Delivered by courteous Royal Mail delivery man. It conveniently arrived at around 930AM which left me free for the rest of the day.
As the item was a bladed kitchen tool, I had to be in for ages verification.
The item came neatly boxed
The cleaver was exactly what I wanted.
Yep, I would use ORIENTALMART again. 👍 5 ⭐

Excellent company

I ordered some items from Orientalmart after searching online for suppliers. Their prices were very competitive so I decided to give them a go. I'm so pleased I did! The despatch and delivery were very speedy and the bottles arrived beautifully and very carefully wrapped and packed. An excellent transaction; I will use them again. Highly recommend this company

Very Good Online Market

Great experience. The food is all exactly as described and packaging is careful with enough bubble wrap/padding to protect the items. They have a huge range. I've only ordered ambient items but they also sell fresh and frozen.

I placed an order a month ago

I placed an order a month ago, two items were not delivered.
I emailed twice and got no reply. I also called customer service and was told they would call me back, but no one ever did.
I tried calling again today and still couldn’t reach anyone.
Very disappointed with the lack of communication and support.

Great Service But Watch The Stocktaking!!

Very prompt delivery and well packaged and nothing broken. A big thank you.
I will just point out one issue. On the webpage I noticed many items that are “Out of Stock”.
This, I feel, needs looking at and addressed accordingly and it would be helpful if there was a filter in the webpage to only show items that are currently in stock and available.
Otherwise excellent service indeed!
