I strongly recommend avoiding Ortorex.

I ordered a medical ankle support because I urgently needed it. Their email stated that I would receive tracking information within 2 to 3 business days. After 6 days, nothing had arrived and there was still no valid tracking.

When I contacted them, they blamed delays on a high volume of orders. When I requested a refund because they had failed to dispatch within the communicated timeframe, they refused and referred to their 24-hour cancellation policy.

They then claimed my order was "in transit" and provided a Posten tracking number. However, Posten shows the parcel as "Unknown" and states that parcel information will appear when the parcel is actually delivered to them. In other words, I have a tracking number, but the carrier does not appear to have received the package.

After experiencing this, I looked more closely at other Trustpilot reviews and found many customers reporting similar experiences, including orders not arriving, tracking problems, refund difficulties, and complaints about product quality.

Based on my experience and the pattern described by other reviewers, this feels extremely suspicious.

I have kept all correspondence and screenshots and will be disputing the transaction with my card issuer if they do not refund me.

My advice: avoid ordering from this company.

They did not mention details in website and is not taking responsibility.

The products comes from china and returns to be shipped to poland. even though mistake is with the company, they do not want to take responsibility on returns.

Not a norwegian company, no way norwegian customer service.

Avoid this website, and better to buy somewhere else. very dissatisfied with their approach. we are genuine purchaser and totally not understanding.

It took 10 days for the goods to reach me, which is ok, I think.
The pillow is nice and good, and I recommend the Ortorex

Absolutely clear scam shop. Got a product that I paid nearly 500 :- for that didn´t work from day one (A Ketone Moinitor). I contacted Ortorex to return the product, but they keep making demands that I prove on VIDEO that the product does not work. It is only possible to upload a minimal file that is not enough to show the damage on a video. Ortorex then refers to the manufacturer's response from *probably* China. Ortorex takes no responsibility on their behalf. It also seems as if they are using the *exhaustion method* to avoid being held accountable. Always answearing a polite standard answer (AI Robot making the answer?) but making sure the issue is never resolved. After 6 months of writing back and forth with Ortorex, I now give up. I wanna warn everyone to order from Ortorex, not even Temu or Ali Express has anywhere near as poor service.

This is China shop in disguise!
Ordered on Desember 8th and it’s still not visible as on its way within Norway. I’m at the point were I sincerely hope it never shows up. I was obviously too quick and did not check good enough before ordering, and that’s what these shops are counting on.
Stay away! At least be aware what you are dealing with.
