Disappointing
It was disappointing to see the price difference “ face value” as they call it on the ticket. It says 60Euros per ticket and they charged us around 250 euros per ticket. This doesn’t justify their commission nor service charges. Hopeless

The "face value" is the original price set by the event organizer or venue, but it does not reflect what we, as a reseller, pay to acquire the tickets. In many cases, we pay several times the face value – sometimes up to three times – to secure tickets through our official suppliers. This is because tickets for highly sought-after events are limited and demand often exceeds availability.
Our prices also include the value of the services we provide, such as 24/7 support, ensuring reliability, and offering a seamless booking experience. We understand that the price difference might seem significant, but it reflects the costs and challenges associated with securing tickets for these events.

Liverpool at Anfield
We bought tickets to see Liverpool at Anfield 21/9. Easy ordering process, we were well informed about the status of our order and the tickets arrived 3 days before the game (sent directly from Liverpool FC to the email adresses that we had applied while ordering at Olka Express). First time we bought tickets for a sport event through this type of ticketing office, and could not be more satisfied.

I had a good experience reserving F1…
I had a good experience reserving F1 tickets for Monza with OLKA. About 10 days before the event they sent an email that tickets will be delivered physically to the hotel if we stayed in Milan or Como instead of online, but we explained that we don’t stay at a hotel during those days and they sent the tickets online for us approximately 4 days before the event. The customer service was also responsive and helpful, so we are satisfied with the service.
