Defective keys and tedious troubleshooting hoops
I purchased a Microsoft Office license from office-keys.nl. Within a few weeks, the key stopped working, showing an error that the maximum number of activations had been reached.
Customer service responded very quickly but issued a replacement key that immediately triggered the exact same error. Instead of providing a functional product, they then sent a 13-step troubleshooting guide requiring me to completely wipe my existing software, disable my antivirus, and go through a tedious phone-activation process just to see if that new key might work.
This is an unacceptable customer experience. I chose to cut my losses and bought a legitimate license directly from Microsoft instead. Waste of my time and money.

Super good experience. Got the key immediately and it worked. No issues at all. Had to email support before I made the purchase for a specific question and the answer also came very quickly. Highly recommend!

reliable, fast delivery, cost saving
I've bought 2 products from office-keys. An anti-virus and office package. I received the products very fast and supplied keys are working. Quite a saving as compared to current market price of similar products.

Quick and solid. Bought a home license for Office 2019 and registered it via the phone. It takes around 10 minutes, but that's due to Microsoft making you talk to a bot and read numbers out loud. The registration process is well described in the link you get in the email with your code, be sure to check it.

This is not a misunderstanding, this is MISLEADING. I could go to another site to buy the phone activation for 10% of your price. I chose your site because it stated (and still states) that I could get a license from you by email.
I have not "...received a valid and legitimate Office 2021 license that you can still activate."
I have to call someone (even Microsoft, I do not care), but as I wrote, I chose you and your site because I do not want to call anybody. This is why I paid 90% more for you.

I understand that a misunderstanding has arisen regarding the product information. I would like to explain this in more detail.
In the product description we indeed mention that the email with the license key and installation instructions will be sent immediately, which also happened. The official software is then downloaded from Microsoft's original website with a quick-link to the download location.
In addition, your license needs to be activated by telephone. This process also goes through Microsoft's official website and telephone exchange. Microsoft has developed an Activation Wizard for this, which is connected to their database.
You have received a valid and legitimate Office 2021 license that you can still activate. The telephone activation process only takes a few minutes and you only have to carry it out once, after which you will have lifelong access to the license!
If you follow the instructions in your email, you can activate the license within a few minutes. If you encounter any other problems during activation, please let us know. We will then provide you with additional support.

Thank you for sharing your experience. We certainly don't scam people and have been a trusted Office key provider for many years. The key you received is still active and valid.
You must follow the installation instructions carefully as indicated in your email. Make sure you uninstall all other Office versions, temporarily disable your antivirus software and activate the license by telephone as indicated in the manual. Afterwards, the activation should be successful and you can use Office.
