I had a very disappointing experience with Onninen.pl. After receiving a Flowair air curtain with a visible defect (a broken rotor bearing), my complaint was rejected on the grounds that the damage was caused by mechanical impact on my part. This was despite the product being defective upon delivery. The complaint was also rejected because I reported the damage a week after delivery, but it was impossible to detect the issue before the unit was installed.

The handling of the case has been rigid and entirely lacking in any form of customer care. I expect better service and accountability from a company, especially when purchasing as a business customer.
