I really wanted to like these pans
I really wanted to like these pans. I first bought one pan and it seemed great, so we decided to order two more pots and a larger frying pan. Unfortunately, after a few weeks, the non-stick performance started getting worse and worse. After about four months of normal use, I can honestly say these are the worst pans I’ve ever owned.
The biggest issue is that once the pan gets properly hot, everything sticks to it. Even something as simple as frying eggs becomes almost impossible. Ironically, when you take the pan off the heat and let it cool down a bit, the food starts releasing more easily, but by then it’s already burned onto the surface.
We followed the care instructions and had high expectations, especially considering the price and the marketing claims. Sadly, the non-stick coating simply doesn’t last. I regret buying the additional cookware and would not recommend these products.

ONYX Cookware introduced a new ZERO (ZERO-NATURAL) series. I bought one pan from this series to try out. My wife and I were skeptical. The description of the technology likened to the lotus effect sounds nice, but we know what good marketing can do. That's why we put it to the test and the WOW effect was there!
It is an absolutely groundbreaking technology in many years! All technologies that are based on applying a special layer (Teflon / ceramic / hybrid surfaces) will disappear into the abyss of history.
After the first try, you will absolutely love the pan with this technology! You can treat it like a complete layman. A layman who is used to a Teflon pan! Its non-stick surface works luxuriously exactly like the surface of a Teflon pan! However, the main difference should be in its durability and overall resistance. It is a lightweight pan, easy to clean like a classic stainless steel pan. It does not require extra treatment like a cast iron pan. (It should also withstand the use of metal kitchen utensils, but I'm used to using plastic or wooden ones, so I can't confirm this.) There's no extra layer applied that degrades over time and starts to peel or is washed off or scraped off. (I've only had it for a short time, so I hope it will indeed be that way in a few years.)

3 years or so after, the main hexa pattern starts to peel off. Pans are not non-stick but maximum-stick. Basically another shit company that does drop shipping.

Better not buy...
The customer care was nice, but the pans are terrible for the price you pay. They already sent me 2 pans to replace and are still very bad. You can have the same result with a much cheaper pan.

If delivery is a reflection on the product, I don’t recommend.
I can’t review the products because I haven’t received my order. If the shipping/delivery is a reflection of the product, then I don’t recommend it. Website claims a 4-5 day delivery and I ordered two weeks ago. The tracking numbers show no progress. Costumer service was friendly and responsive at the beginning, now I have no answers to my e-mails. Probably an elaborate scam.

Not satisfied after one year of use
I bought a frying pan one year ago, and I decided to write this review now because I'm really disappointed. When the pan arrived I was super satisfied, specially with being able to clean it so easily. But one year later all the non-stick capacities of the pan has basically disappeared. I'm looking for a new pan to buy, as this one doesn't do the non-sticking that it's supposed to - - and it won't be a Onyx pan again.

Happy with Price but not Performance
I use pans with the same technology as ONYX Cookware but from different brands. They work so well but I was disappointed with the ONYX (maybe I got a Pan with defect/problem). Price point is the only thing I liked. I have returned the pan and looking for new.

Unfortunately the pans are not non sticks at all, even though I read the manual and I made all the steps the pan is sticking, and are anything special.

BEWARE: Onyx is lying about not using harmful chemicals
They claim that their pans are healthy by not using any toxic materials. This is straight up a lie: on their website it says they do not use PFOA or PFOS but use PTFE instead. But guess what PTFE is? Teflon. Teflon™ is a trademarked name for PTFE.
Therefore, Onyx cookware is simply deceiving (potential) customers about the harmfulness of their materials used.

I can understand that there is some confusion regarding what materials our frying pans consists of.
All our frying pans are made from a ceramic coating which only consists of sand and clay that is baked onto the frying pans.
There is no PFAS products in our ceramic coating.
We used to have a Original coating that contained PFTE, which is not a part of the PFOA and PFOS category of PFAS substances.
PFOA and PFOS are both dangerous and illegal to use and has never been used in the production of our products.

My experience was the complete opposite! I tried low heat, high heat, wait till the eggs are cooked, and even tried adding oil (against the reason I want none stick pans). The eggs stuck in every single occasion, on both pans! No egg rolling on the pan like in the promotion video and more scrubbing eggs off the pan when washing!

I thought I'd splash out on good pans to cook my eggs every morning. The reviews and adverts looked good. especially the video where the egg is just rolling on the pan.

I returned these and went back to the 20€ pans I got from a known Swedish store! The eggs just slide on the pan now!

Do not buy. The bottom of these pans are bending extremley. From the middle to outer side more than 2 mm. Replacement item show´s the same issue.
Even my cheap IKEA pan after several years of use are still perfect flat.
