Very happy with our experience with Just Russel so far! 🐾 Our dog seems to really enjoy the new food, and he happily eats it every time.
We’re still gradually transitioning from his previous food, so far so good! The only thing we’ve noticed is that he seems to poop a little more often than before, but we’ll keep monitoring this as we complete the transition.
Overall, we’re very happy with the food, the quality and the service. ❤️

I was a client for a few months now but they changed the found . First it looked very nice with real meat but now it’s just look like cheap blubber. My dogs don’t even look at it anymore. I had to throw away all of it

I was wrongly billed €600 over six months for products I never received and I tried to complain but there is no customer service. I had to block it via my bank despite lots of emails directly to them after the first billing to ask to stop it. This was a con trick!
