SCREWED BLUED AND TATOOTED!!!!

Very poor service. We ordered online for a special Easter dinner.
My Midwest friends highly recommended this place for the best BBQ anywhere.
I place my online order ,they took my money from my credit card and that was about as far as it went. Never got the order, no emails, no phone call, no explanation.
I'm sure the food tastes as good as their customer service.
I guess if you can go inside and sit down for a meal is the best option. Although now reading some reviews about customers experience that my not be a good ideal either, Did I mention the prices are thru the roof!
