What a fantastic product does exactly what it says on the tin, nothing is to much trouble with this company send a message with any queries they call or message you straight back, fantastic company first class service 10 / 10 service.

Joint it porcelain resin is brilliant it achieves a perfect joint in the porcelain and is hard as rock it does actually what it says unlike other grout that have failed in my porcelain patio plus the dedication Gary the technical director has to make the product brilliant is outstanding any worries he helped settle and resolve what a amazing product and outstanding service joint it have provided highly recommend this product and company

I recently contacted Joint-It for some technical advice regarding the application of their Joint-It Dynamic resin paving jointing compound. Gary, the Technical Director in Ireland, was extremely helpful and took the time to talk me through the preparation process and the correct way to apply the product.
His knowledge, patience, and willingness to help were excellent, and he gave me great confidence that, by following his recommendations, I should achieve the results I’m looking for.

We went through the dilema do we seal our new porcelain patio as a light grey and after a few months showing staining from soil and vegetation as next to a hedge. After viewing a You Tube video we Contacted Joint-IT via email and techincal Director (Gary Duffy) called us on Bank Holiday Friday! Very helpful and informative. We later, in dry weather, went ahead and purchased the sealant and cleaned patio as advised but having to scrub some stains off. We then sealed with Joint It Premier sealant and very happy with the result as now any marks just wash off with a light hosing and no more staining from soil etc. Would highly recommend this product and appreciated Gary Duffy's advice.

Great product, fantastic customer service. I decided to lay my own patio and used the Joint-it Dynamic grouting. Customer services went above and beyond to help me and answer all my questions as I have never done it before. Highly recommend them.

I reached out through the chat and was connected to Tom who was very knowledgeable technically. I was then referred onto Gary who is the Technical Director in Ireland and he was very technically proficient and very pleasant to deal with. Gary also followed up with a great supporting email which was helpful.

I made a call to HQ with questions regarding finding a product for my clay paver joints, 0.5mm- 3mm and I had questions about suitability. I haven’t experienced customer service from a company like this in years. It’s refreshing to have a technical department with such depth of knowledge and very easy to contact too with prompt replies via WhatsApp.

I sendphotos of different parts of my garden terraces and paths and receiving almost immediate replies with recommendations for which product is suitable for which areas, the reasons why (including technical sheets) and application videos and instructions. Fantastic stuff. Keep it up. I just ordered Joint It Fine, and Joint it Simple for the project

I had a patio installed last year and joint it simple was used by the contractor- however it was incorrectly applied and unsuitable for the 2mm joints causing failure. I emailed joint-it and got a rapid response from Natasha with lots of information, followed by a call from Gary who spent quite some time explaining the challenges of my particular paving and offering valuable advice and recommendations. His advice was very balanced and not a sales pitch as he went to great lengths to explain the difficulties of finding any jointing product for the style of patio slabs I have- and I was impressed by his knowledge of the specific slabs I have, confirming that the issues I have are linked to their style. The call was followed by voice notes giving me detailed step by step instructions on how to clean seal and joint the patio myself, links to instructional videos, and an invitation to reply with any follow up queries. I have never before had this level of personalised detailed customer service from any product I have used, and it is especially noteworthy that there was no hard sell or monetary motivation for providing the advice. The email from Natasha alone was great but the call and further assistance far exceeded my expectations.

Fantastic product as no more annoying weeds growing in the joints of my stone patio. Would highly recommend and the service from Irish rep Garrett was top-level.

We have an ancient cobblestone path in our back garden. Probably dates back to the 1600s. I was looking for a permanent solution to the myriad of weeds poking through the cobles. I found Joint It on line and spoke to customer services rep. Tom who referred me to Gary Duffy. Gary provided me with all the information I needed and more! We felt completely supported and he was very on board with preserving the integrity of the path. We are looking forward to using Joint It!

I had a couple of questions before applying and emailed Gary at Jointit headquarters. He replied to me quickly asking for my phone number to discuss. However before I got back to him my supplier rang me about something else and he was able to give me my answer.
A great service from all concerned. Very pleased.

Fantastic product, the only thing that's better is there customer service, I used flowpoint on my granite patio and it failed terribly after 18 months so I had to cut it all out and find something else, I came across jointit dynamic and gave it a go, its easy to use and sets rock solid but it does take around a week to go hard and a month to fully cure, I never sealed my paving and it left a haze on the surface giving it a wet look. I rang and spoke to jointit and got through to a very helpful lady called Rosie, the midlands manager, she was so helpful and reassuring that this was only temporary and that jointit will not stain any surface, I then also received a phone call from Gary the MD of Jointit who reiterated the same as what Rosie said and told me that he would be my point of contact until this issue had been resolved. I can not recommend them enough

We decided to pave the small frontage of our Victorian mid-terrace with porcelain tiles and near exhausted ourselves as we were complete paving beginners ! We definitely didn’t want an exhausting grouting experience on top. Luckily after some research I found Joint-It Epoxy Grout and the grouting was far and away the easiest, cleanest, and most successful part of the whole job and has finished the paved area off perfectly and made it considerably more solid as it binds and seals the tiles fantastically. The waxing system and the tools provided are simple and effective and mean you can finish the job off like a Pro. We got some brilliant guidance and advice from Joint-It’s head office who offered great customer service and support. We used the Raven colour on charcoal tiles and the match is great. Thank you Joint-It.

Used this product last year after a few long exchanges with the owner / co-owner who was extremely helpful explaining exactly what base it needed / how to apply / etc etc. It's pretty easy to use and sets incredibly hard. Also it drain through well and I cant see anything (weeds /worms) would have a hope of establishing / compromising it in the next 10 to 20 yrs. A level above the old cement grout filling

When laying a new 130 m2 porcelain patio & driveway this year at home, i started looking into the daunting task of many different grouts on the market.
After a bit of research, and watching some you tube videos, I saw one by Tidy bricks and landscapes. After spending weeks laying 130square meters. I decided i certainly didn't want to be having to re-point this any time soon.

Also driving vehicles on this area, I didn't want the slabs to pop or become dislodged over time. Even though I primed them all onto a full bed of mortar.

The Joint it Porcelain Epoxy Grout seemed to be the only product i could find, which offered everything i wanted, including a decent guarantee.

I purchased the electric gun and first 75 tubes from Protillertools and got started. The great thing with this product is the fact you can start and stop when you want. I did the first 25 tubes until my back gave in. I used the flat spatula for the groove. And 5 hours later i scraped off, to reveal the perfect joint.
Its so easy to use.

And the fact I didn't have to seal the area first. only wax the joint before i started.
And it sets like concrete. But looks fantastic.
I used the Colour Raven against station black slabs.

Although this could be slightly more expensive compared to some of the brush in grouts . You dont need to buy sealer, And it secures the slabs better 100%
Its worth the extra in my opinion.
And, if in the future I needed to repair any areas. Its going to be easy to match the Colour or fill/repair if needed.

My tip also is during colder months drop the tubes in a bucket of hot water to heat up the tubes before use.
It also makes it flow better when applying and purchase the electric gun from Joint it if doing a large area.

Used the tan epoxy for my bathroom tiles with a 1.5mm gap. Application time is similar to regular grout but i believe the finish is more durable and has better water resistant qualities.
I had an issue with the applicator gun but this was quickly resolved and i received good advice from Gary.
