IVisa scammed me of $700+
After paying for New Zealand Visitors Visa, They said Visa got denied and they didn’t refund me just like other in person visa agency does.
Again I paid for yearly subscription to enable me pay only government fee, waving the processing fee, still when it’s time to pay for a visa they don’t remove the processing fee even after I paid for the yearly subscription to wave the processing cost.

Beware of additional 21% mark up
I tried to buy a visa direct from the government website, but was redirected to iVisa, at no point was it made clear that I was with a third party and I paid the £111.95 happily thinking that was what it cost. When I met the others I was holidaying with it became clear that the actual cost of a visa was £19. The agents were responsive and helpful, but if I had a choice I would have preferred to save the money and do it myself.

A terrible experience; I was sold an arrival card instead of a visa for Indonesia. The arrival card is actually free, yet here I ended up paying quite a bit for it. A rip-off.

I wish to say that the electronic system is excellent: clear ( you know exactly what to reply), easy to follow, fast (if the demander has all documents at hand). Impecable! However, it is expensive, taking into account the economic situation for the majority of people nowdays, except for the rich 1%!
