Excellent for complex travel
Not only was the corporate concierge 100% attentive and accommodating to our needs, the dispatch services and experienced pilot (40+ years of experience) made this multi-leg trip seamless and effortless. Would highly recommend for travelers that have more complex needs than can be satisfied by commercial flight.

Stress-Free Travel and Outstanding Service
I had an excellent experience working with IsraJets. Juan helped me book a flight, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. He took care of every detail, making everything incredibly easy and stress-free.
I was also traveling with my pet, and their team went above and beyond to ensure both of us felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their attention to detail and personalized service made the entire experience truly special.

The company had me and my dogs flight setup for June 7th.
The company had my flight setup for me to pay after many days of looking with Jaun Carlos at their company. On day of giving me the wiring information to book my trip I signed for . He never texted me back with any wire information to oay. Only to hear back from him the next morning saying, "my flight had been removed because the plane needed maintenance and offered a 25k plane in place of my 14,950.00 plane i locked in by signature. The ceo Alex was supposed to have reached out to me with a resolution. Only to never hear from him . I sent numerous emails stating if they were stranding me and my dog at the last second. To provide proof my plane was being called to maintenance or give me an alternative similar seeing I locked that one in online with them. Juan mislead me as well as left me and my dog stranded. Who does that kinda business. Be warned this company did it to me. BBB is next . Lawyer will follow that.

Love our experience
My wife and I have talked about traveling private and finally took our first flight with Israjets and couldn't have been a better experience. We have since booked 2 more flights. The last flight my wife wanted to come home early to catch our grandsons little league game, the pilots Peter and Andrew said no problem, and we were able to leave early to make the game. Will never go back to the cattle call airlines again. So much more convenient.
