DON’T FILL UP HERE!

DON’T FILL UP HERE!
We filled up in Domaso, Italy. We paid 66 euros for petrol, but then 166 euros were debited from our bank account! (Self-service petrol station)
No one at this company can be reached, and if you do get someone on the line, they only want to speak Italian.
We then received a response via the complaints form stating that it was a standard payment and that, unfortunately, they couldn’t issue a credit.
Pure theft! Extremely poor availability
