I was charged ₱899 by iFoto without any clear consent or notification. I only used the free trial and never approved any paid subscription. This is a deceptive billing practice.
I already cancelled the subscription and requested a refund, but the response was vague and unhelpful.
If my money is not returned, I will file a formal complaint with GCash and escalate this to local authorities in the Philippines, including the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the PNP Anti-Cybercrime Group.
Consumers deserve transparency and protection. I will not let this go without action.

I was charged ₱899 through this app on July 31, even though I never authorized, subscribed, or permitted any monthly auto-debits. I discovered the deduction only when reviewing my bank/e-wallet statement.
Despite contacting customer support immediately with transaction screenshots and bank statements, my request for a refund was either ignored or denied. They claim the charge is valid, but I never went through any OTP or confirmation process.
As a consumer, I have a legal right to be informed of fees and to refuse automatic deductions. The failure to get clear disclosures or proper consent before charging is unacceptable under Philippine Consumer Protection laws

This website have deducted my gcash account without even noticing me. I didn't use their service I only remember to use the free trial once. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I only used the service once on 5 April, and without subscribing or giving any approval, today, 28 July, my money was deducted from my Touch 'n Go account. There was no clear warning or confirmation about any subscription. As a student who doesn't have a job yet, this unexpected charge really affected me. Please improve the transparency on your website, especially about payments and auto-charges. Users deserve to know exactly when and why they're being charged. I just got the money from my stepmother and you all ASAP take my money. For May, Jun why you all dont take my money? because there is none right? the moment only this morning I got the money. I NEED A REFUND
I was unexpectedly charged ₱899 by iFoto.ai after what appeared to be a ₱1 trial. There was no clear warning that a full subscription would begin, and when I contacted their support for a refund, I received only a generic response. My follow-up emails have been completely ignored.
I did not knowingly agree to a full subscription, and I canceled immediately after noticing the charge. I only used the service once, and despite my efforts to communicate politely, I’ve received no proper support or refund.
This entire experience has been frustrating and unprofessional. As someone who’s simply trying to manage their expenses, this unexpected charge has caused unnecessary stress.
⚠️ Be cautious: iFoto.ai will automatically charge you after the trial, and their customer support may not respond if you request a refund. I can’t recommend the service unless they become more transparent with billing and actually support their users.

I was charged ₱899 by iFoto.ai without proper warning after a trial, and when I emailed them to request a refund, they sent me a generic response and ignored my follow-up messages.
I did not knowingly authorize a full subscription, and I cancelled immediately after being charged. Despite multiple polite emails, they never gave a proper response or processed a refund.
It feels very unfair and unprofessional. Please, be fair to others, I’m js a student and my mom even shouted at me. I wouldn’t recommend this service to others unless they improve their billing transparency and actually support their customers.
Be careful—they will auto-charge you after the trial, and their customer support might ignore your refund requests.

Scam Company they are not refunding
iFoto replied immediately when I requested for a refund. However, their response is not related to the refund I am requesting so I thought that they did not understand immediately but when I emailed them again, they completely ignored me that is why I thought they are a scam company. If they will never refund my money I will report them as a fraud.
