I just love this store and the indie…
I just love this store and the indie brands they offer at my fingertips. I can get my hands on these brands in Canada with no worries about additional duties and taxes, which is great. Everything ships quickly and is packaged well and they make me feel like a treasured customer with the note they added thanking me! It feels like they package each order with love and care and I truly appreciate that!

Their response was so kind and friendly, with a real person behind the screen (not automated). Their prices are fair and they give us Canadians the chance to get our hands on some of the great indie stuff that were at one time only easily accessible in the US.

Came on time, and packaged extremely securely. I was concerned about the eyeshadow palette, especially because of all the glitter pans, but it was in perfect condition!

Everything arrived perfectly
Everything arrived perfectly. I love the way you wrapped them so the trip down to the SW USA was without incident. While yes, I had to pay tarrifs, it was so worth it! I will definitely be supporting this small business in Canada again and I hope everyone will take a chance on small businesses because while you can get this elsewhere, the bigger stores do not package the way they did because they just write off the damaged items. Thank you all at I Feel Beautiful because with the looks I will make for myself and my clients will definitely be fire!
