I waited for 2.5 weeks ( amazon would have had done it in 3 days) for a R1500 battery that was dead on arrival.

EVERYTHING SEEMS TO GO IN THE WORKING POSITION ,I DON'T SEE NO TROUBLE YET,I CHARGE IT TO 100% ,MY REAL TESY WILL BE WHEN MY POWER GO OUT. THANKS 8/28/2026. GEORGE .

Great product, great price.

The durability & power reserve of tje power station, I love it. I truly feel comfortable in it's reliability. I bought this in between the recent Midwest tornado outbreak 8 to be exact. I'm in illinois & was in the path of the storms. This power station with solar power came in handy right on time.

Delivery came as expected. Product is exactly what I wanted it to be.

I paid over $2000 with tax for this solar generator and it just stopped charging, stopped working and it’s barely been 30 days since I ordered. I even purchased another set of 600 watt solar panels. It’s not doing anything. I tried a hard reset, charging it directly into the outlet and literally nothing. I even bought a plu and play soft start still not working.

Do not buy anything from this company. Brought ALLPOWERS VOLIX P300 to use as a basic UPS to protect some network equipment from frequent blackouts. But it is TOTALLY unsuitable for this, as way less reliable than a very unreliable grid. Frequently hangs up when the grid is fine. And when there is outage, only sometimes worths as UPS. In addition to that, it was DOA when it arrived. I sent it back for replacement, but replacement took over 2 months and lots of email to support before they eventually sent replacment. Only for the replacement to have all the same reliability problems and ultimatately fully died a few months later. I tried to get a refund for a product not fit for purpose it was advertised. Under Australian Consumer Law where my rights are clear and I am entitled to refund. Company flat refused, and refused to answer under what basis they throught they were exempt from ACL??

Do not buy from this company.

This company is a disgrace.
I bought a set and they sent me only part of it.
After contacting them they offered a refund only for the part they didn't send.
Waiting for a refund.

R2500 lasted 2 years. Advertised 6 years warranty. Customer service terrible. Don't Buy

So far, so good.

The bundled power station + solar panel said it included the solar cable, but I did not receive one. I wrote customer service, and the cable is on its way. So one big strike, and one decent bonus for good customer service leaves them at the moment at 3 stars.

Desperate company to deal with. Sold me a power bank for e1100 that wasn't in stock...never contacted me...when I queried where my order was they informed me it'd be another months wait or I could pay the extra for the next model up. I canceled my order and requested a refund, they then came back and offered me the next model for free, I declined, asked again for refund, took another few emails of assuring them I wanted my refund before they finally agreed. I would never deal with them again. Ordered similar of curry's and it arrived 2 days later and was cheaper.

⚠️ WARNING – STAY AWAY FROM ALLPOWERS ⚠️

I normally never post things like this, but after almost a year dealing with this company, I think other customers deserve to know.

I purchased 3 ALLPOWERS products.

❌ ALL 3 were defective.

S2000 Pro power station
SS700 power station
AP-SP033 200W solar panel

Over the past months I have exchanged more than 50 emails with their customer service.

They:

acknowledged the defects,
asked for photos and videos,
approved replacements in writing,
confirmed my shipping address,
promised prepaid return labels...

…and then simply stopped replying.

Months later, nothing has been replaced, nothing has been refunded and they no longer answer my emails.

The products also presented serious reliability issues, including:

charging stopping at around 85%,
abnormal battery readings,
defective solar charging,
damaged packaging with no proper protection for the solar panel.

At this point I have filed complaints with:

🇪🇺 European Consumer Centre (ECC)
🛒 Shopify

I am now requesting a full refund, not replacements.

If you are thinking about buying ALLPOWERS products, be aware of my experience.

Save yourself months of frustration and buy from a company that actually honours its warranty.

Everything I have stated is documented with emails, screenshots and written confirmations from ALLPOWERS.

Customer Service totally absent ?
I had a r600 power station, which couldn't hold charge for very long. And it couldn't hold a very high current either (shutdown at even small loads) . Customer service always tells customers to "power cycle" the battery pack several times . Which didn't help at all.
The discharge was pretty bad. Even when the power station was turned completely off, it couldn't hold a charge more than a few days.
(I have read some Amazon reviews, explaining this exact issue, on the r600).
"Finally", one of the usb-c ports, suddenly stopped working. Time a RMA , and the promised 5 year warranty..
Allpowers now completely ignores any contact (I have tried email, reddit, facebook, whatsapp etc)
I did get a RMA ticket through an Amazon seller back in 2025 , but the seller has disappeared?
Weird case.. And now , the returned r600 , has disappeared, from the hands of DHL ?
They (DHL) say , that only allpowers (who created the rma shipping label) can report for a missing package..
But they do not answer at all..either regarding the rma , or the missing package..

So, at this moment, I would advise others, to avoid this company

The order arrived on time exactly what I wanted. Works great.

DO NOT BUY ALLPOWERS ANYTHING, brand new units fail all the time, the 5yr warranty doesn’t exist our unit has worked about 3 times now its an expensive paper weight, absolute rubbish please get something different

My power bank stopped working on a weekend out went to charge it because thought it was out of power but smoke came out informed all powers no uk number only email to china so this were the problem started waiting for reply then they want a video then they want you to send it back and it’s 19kg so not easy when they send a new one it’s not the same one as your old one it’s half the price so I insisted on the solar panel to go with it yes I got it but will never deal with them again this took six weeks of nothing but emails back and forward

Great product, great price and really fast shipping!! Received the solar panel within 3 days!!
