According to the tracking information, your order was successfully delivered within the stated delivery timeframe. The shipping time of 3–5 business days refers to the transit time after dispatch, not the total time including order processing.
The delivery was completed as confirmed by the carrier, therefore the order was not delayed nor lost.

After nearly two weeks the package didn‘t got shipped (i ordered with express)
no answers, no communication even when i wrote them on customer service..

You are not receiving what you order
now, 3 weeks after I ordered, I have still not gotten my package, and suddenly the link for tracking my package "which have been on the way for a week" is also not working anymore. At the same time they don't want to cancel the order.

My order was made on 25th
My order was made on 25th. Today is the 2nd of October and I just received a notification that my order has been processed. I have told them that maybe they have keyed in the wrong colour for my hoodie when processing my order because its stated black and not off white colour as I ordered. I get a reply a few days later saying I can return it if I am unhappy.( without any information regarding my order which is now late) would be nice to be informed. No big deal. Still looking forward to my receiving my product.
