After 3 months of approved claim
After 3 months of approved claim, im still waiting for my car to be fixed, and they still tell me we’re still waiting for parts.
Also their repairer told me it’s safe to drive the car after the accident, however the police stopped me after few days and said you shouldn’t drive the car because it’s not safe. Also they gave us 1 hour only to go and park it.
Very shocking and bad experience.

Great deal
The whole process of getting what I wanted in the policy was very easy. I got a great deal as well. The policy hasn't started yet so I will do another review later on.

He was a lovely gentleman to speak with on the phone told me the hard facts that needed to be cancelled and I needed to re-look at the policy and add in my instance Ons and I felt happy that the new policy existed with the update updates as I had personally selected them from My computer and a new policy was in place!

strong responsiveness about limited comms channels
The online, chat only communication portal was not a great experience for me however when I raised concerns, customer service were quick to respond and very professional.

Disappointed that after I completed the insurance application and paid for the insurance additional information was requested ??
The link requesting the additional information does not work and if do not complete the additional form, you will be threatened with a penalty payment of $1000.
