would like to share my experience with this website. I placed an order from the Netherlands (Order #HCID340853758) for cigarettes. Unfortunately, the package never reached me because it was stopped by customs. As a result, I lost my money and did not receive my order.
If you live in Europe, especially in the Netherlands, be aware that importing cigarettes from outside the EU may lead to customs issues. In my case, the shipment did not clear customs, making the purchase a complete waste of money.
I recommend checking your country's import regulations carefully before ordering, as there is a significant risk that your package may be seized or rejected by customs. Based on my experience, I would not order again.

After reviewing the details of your order, we can confirm that your shipment was dispatched internationally on 5 June and arrived in the Netherlands on 9 June. After arriving, it was held by Dutch customs, and the latest tracking update states “Import processing has been stopped.”
As clearly stated throughout our website, our policies are straightforward and apply equally to all customers. Before placing an order, we specifically advise customers to make sure they understand the customs regulations of their destination country. If they are unfamiliar with these regulations, we recommend that they do not place an order.
Our records show that you accepted these terms before completing your purchase.
Unfortunately, it is well known that Dutch customs currently apply very strict controls to these types of shipments. However, some of our customers in the Netherlands do receive their orders successfully. Our current delivery success rate to the Netherlands is approximately 50%.
In addition, our website contains clear and prominent notices explaining the potential risks associated with shipments to the Netherlands. These notices are displayed during the ordering process and are difficult to overlook. We make every effort to provide transparent information about the shipping process and the possible customs risks before an order is placed.
Unfortunately, situations like this can sometimes occur.
If your shipment is eventually returned to us, we would like to inform you that a partial refund will be processed in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

I would highly recommend, just expect customs/logistics issues
I would highly recommend them for their large selection. Got some japanese cigarettes and they all came in perfect condition. One thing I will say is that I definitely got lucky with customs and they got through in 5 minutes so thats something to always think about. But otherwise if you're happy paying the duty if/when they pull it aside then this is a solid option for you. My order reference was #HCJP1625161444. And only 12 days with standard shipping through JP post is amazing. That being said, never expect international tobacco shipments to come that quickly because of international shipping logistics, delays, customs, etc.

I waited over a week and never received my package. No refund, no explanation, no answers.
On the tracking it said the package got returned to sender. Again no explanation or reason was provided and of course no refund.
