It's says 7-14 days for delivery days now I saw the tracking it says almost 3 weeks for my order to be delivered for my place I did email them them in which they tried to help but they can't advertise and mislead people like this it's not fair in all honesty

Was told the product would be 1-3d shipping, its now been a week with the product not even being shipped. With the other reviews saying it comes from China, I'm guessing I wont be expecting it for another week and a half.
Don't buy, the site is very misleading.

The large selection of modern pieces immediately caught my attention during my first visit to the store. The quality of my order was solid, and the fit matched the sizing information provided.

Great brand and great products however the delivery time and updates on delivery are some of the worst I’ve experienced the first item I ordered took over a month to arrive which I thought may have been a one off so I’ve ordered again 2 weeks ago now and still no update on despatch or delivery quite disappointing as I had ordered an item for a specific event this weekend and obviously I won’t receive them for this , if you are going to order for a specific event make sure you allowe atleast a month to guarantee you will recieve in time

Massive shoutout for the customer service. James helped fix my address problem and even removed the redelivery fee for me. Really appreciated that.

First order from them and I was a bit unsure at first, but the whole process was smooth from checkout to delivery. Even got contacted before delivery, and the fit matched the website perfectly. Great quality too.

Had to email them for tracking updates, probably because they were busy, but once I did, the package arrived within a couple days. Quality is honestly insane for the price.

These are probably my favourite jeans right now. Only thing missing is faster shipping options.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I’ve never had such a disgusting experience in my life.

The website clearly claims they are based in the UK – but suddenly the package is shipped from China. Delivery took about two weeks, which is already misleading.

The jacket didn’t fit, so I wanted to return it. That’s when the real nightmare started: no return label, no support, nothing. I have to pay for the return myself – to China (!), with tracking, and if the package gets lost, it’s apparently my problem.

And it gets even worse: the package has to arrive in China within seven days. From Germany, that’s basically impossible. If it doesn’t make it in time, I’m stuck paying everything.

When I contacted them, they didn’t care at all. I just wanted a bigger size, but they refused and kept pointing to their ridiculous policies. Customer service is absolutely awful.

Conclusion: a completely miserable company, disgusting customer treatment, and an overall horrible experience. Do yourself a favor and NEVER order from them.

Ordered 10 days ago not been shipped yet even though it says all orders are shipped between 1-3 working days. No tracking info received, no item received yet and now it will not arrive for when i needed it by.

Ordered 24 Feb 2026. As of 24 March 2026 still not delivered. Dispatch was slow and customer service is poor. Wouldn’t recommend.

I ordered my clothes over a week ago now and I cannot even find tracking information about my clothes I can’t get a refund my money is gone don’t bother wasting your time and money

The company's returns policy is illegal.
The website does not disclose that HESNTLS is based in China (hence why even with so-called "priority" shipping it took two weeks to receive my order).
So, although the shorts I bought appeared well-made and cool-looking, they did not quite suit me and I requested the firm's UK returns address.
It turned out that I was being obliged to return the item to China plus no refund would be payable, only a "store credit" for future use.
On both counts HESNTLS is in breach of UK consumer law. For online foreign firms targeting the UK, they are required (A) to make clear if a returns address is overseas and (B) provide a full refund if wanted.
HESNTLS don't.
I raised these issues with Customer Service but they were not fully amenable, although did engage in an exchange via email.
I have have needed to approach my credit card issuer with my concerns.

Never thought id be here writing a review haha. But please don’t even waste your time with these people. All over my instagram ads. Finally gave in and bought a jacket, said Evri was waiting for my parcel from them on the 10th…..days passed no update from anyone. Emailed them yesterday and i doubt ill receive a email back. Already accepted that £80 as a loss and not even stressed about it! I wish companies like this nothing but the worst! 😁

Literally found many of their products on Temu, Ali, etc. They clearly just dropshipping clothes and Im expecting my order to be fully shit. They also using the same shipping provider as Temu, dont trust them when theyll say they shipping clothes right from their manu in china bcs manu isnt a warehouse and its not working like that, ill get back here when my pants arrive

An absolute scam. Do not buy from here. You get 7 days to return anything, which you have to sort out yourself, and it has to be returned to china. It clearly didn’t come from china!! Why make it so difficult to return anything.
Ordered 2 pairs of jeans Same size. One fits, the other is so small they won’t do up. Scam

I placed an order a week ago now, I only ordered as they promised they ship between 1-3days as I need my order at strictly within a week. I contact them many times asking when it will be shipped however I get no reply.

Dropshipped low quality clothes, pay extra for sending protection and still have to pay extra for a return, shipping costs on you which is outrageous, refund only in store credit.

Do not buy here at all means necessary!
