The ring does not work as it is supposed and doesnt track sleep, i feel it is a very cheap item similar to what is sold on Alibaba for a low cost. When i asked for a refund i was told i have to cover shipping from Australia and they wont cover it. Very disappointing experience.

Thank goodness I never got to buy their smart scale, though I came very close. I had filled in my information regarding payment, etc., Then, I decided to CLOSELY read their return policy.
Even though they claim to give customers a 90-day period to return a scale, have you seen what they REALLY mean by that? Do yourself a favor and read it carefully; read every detail.
Packages returned must be “sealed and unopened.” Really? How does that work? How do you get to “decide” whether or not it’s worth keeping, without even opening it and using it?
That is called a SCAM.

The HerzP1 my experience.
The HerzP1 took a while to arrive and communication with them and updates were not great. To be fair they are American based so time difference etc doesn’t help. The pair I ordered. One for myself and one for my Wife arrived on the 3rd of September. Good packaging very good indeed a pair of the coloured straps green for me pink for my wife each two sizes large and small plus 3 black straps different types. Very impressed indeed and of course the how to use and download the free app. All done with ease very self explanatory. Although a bit more detail for those not fully aware of the use of technology would be handy as well. Having said that a few minutes up and running and it even communicates with other fitness apps on a share basis. Which appears to be good. Bit more playing to try on that. So my view very very worth the great price we paid. Other family members interested. Now so all I all very good product does what it says on the tin. Very well packaged and great choice of straps sizes especially. Yes 100% happy. Thoroughly recommend The HerzP1 Fitness Band.

Easy to order online but would recommend sending for the ring sizing kit first as I measured my finger as instructed but it was too big when it arrived. I have since ordered the kit and my son will have the original one so it wasn’t too much of a problem. Easy to download the app. Tracks a wide variety of health. Easy to navigate website.

The scales have worked fantastically well and the data given is extensive. However, I tried to cancel my order prior to it being shipped (as per my consumer rights). I was told the item had left the warehouse - this was not the case. I only tried to cancel my order as the promotional materials and testimonials I found were mainly AI slop and I had no confidence in the product. Herz needs to work on its advertising and the customer service must improve. Having said that, in the end, I was pleased I took delivery. I might even look into buying the smart band too.

A lot of good information.
However, I am a 76 year old male in excellent physical health and an elite "Senior Olympic"athlete. The calculated BMI is too high for my physical condition and while have 9.2-10% level of fat, and lots of muscle it tells me that I am obese. Way off!
What's worse, it predicts my age at 80!

Great product
While I think this is a great product, I had a hard time downloading the app. I had to phone for help, which I got quite easily. I rather think, though, that the Herz P1 is more suited to the younger, more technologically adept crowd. I hope that my 2 sons and my grandson will get more out of the ones I bought for them than I expect to get out of mine. I don't really understand the data it provides.
