Really love this ring so far
Really love this ring so far. It tracks everything I need it to without having the bulk of a smartwatch on my wrist. My only complaint is that there’s already a scuff on the ring and I’ve only been wearing it for 4 days.

Apparently I do not sleep ..
Apparently I do not sleep ... or at least I haven't slept more than four hours a night the last week despite being in bed for over eight hours a night. Funny: I'm not tired at all.
Also when I wear both my Fitbit and my band at the same time, I walk a lot fewer steps with my band.
I do like the pulse/oxygen devise.

I have used my Band for several days so…
I have used my Band for several days so far; and it seems to work well. I finally found the page where I could enter my age (it had me at 38, I'm twice that!), weight, etc. One small anomaly: even though I requested US units it still asked for body measurements in SI units (centimeters, kilograms, etc.)
The ordering process was poor. I made my choices and entered what I thought was my order - but the website continued nagging me for more purchases and I ended up with an extra, unneeded Band.

I’m new to the Herz P1 BP wrist monitor and set up took time a patience as I navigated the detailed instructions. I’m also investing the time to do cross checks with my BP arm cuff from Omron that I’ve been using for 3 years. Their readings for the most part align pretty well. But the effort is worth it because it prompts me to use the proper procedure for each. Ultimately I will primarily use my new Herz P1 wrist model which is so much more convenient than the arm model. The one drawback technically is that the Herz P1 stores data in itself while my Omron is linked to my phone.

I ordered a wrist band but overlooked your email requesting my address for about a week, maybe this requirement should be included when a purchase is made. I also needed to ask a friend who has IT knowledge to set up the devise for me and better information could be sent with the wrist band in the first place. I received my ring faster than…
I received my ring faster than expected. I really like that I can track my sleep, it does a great job. I have some health issues and it helps me track them on a daily basis. I am in constant pain so sleep is rough this gives me something to show my doctors when I talk to them.
